- 100W Power Delivery: The PD charging port supports up to 100W, allowing fast charging of your laptop while using the hub.
- SD/TF Card Reader: Read and write data from both SD and TF cards simultaneously at speeds up to 104MB/s.
- Universal Compatibility: Driver-free operation across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and Chrome OS.

Setup Instructions
- Connect to Host Device: Plug the integrated USB-C cable of the UGREEN hub into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Ensure your device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode) for HDMI functionality.
- Power Connection (Optional but Recommended): For stable operation, especially when connecting multiple power-consuming devices or using the PD charging feature, connect a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charger (up to 100W) to the hub's PD port.
- Connect Peripherals:
- HDMI Display: Connect an HDMI cable from the hub's HDMI port to your external monitor or TV.
- Ethernet: Plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 port for wired network access.
- USB Devices: Connect USB-A and USB-C peripherals (e.g., mouse, keyboard, external hard drives, USB flash drives) to the corresponding data ports.
- SD/TF Cards: Insert your SD or TF cards into the dedicated card reader slots.
Important Considerations for Display Output:
- To achieve 4K@60Hz resolution, your device's USB-C port must support DisplayPort 1.4 (DP1.4).
- If your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort 1.2 (DP1.2), the resolution will automatically adapt to 4K@30Hz when using this hub.
Operating Instructions
Data Transfer:
Connect your USB-A or USB-C storage devices to the respective data ports on the hub. The 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports offer superior speed for large file transfers. The 5Gbps USB 3.0 ports are suitable for standard peripherals.

Video Output:
Once connected via HDMI, your external display should automatically detect the signal. Adjust display settings (resolution, refresh rate) through your operating system's display preferences.

Ethernet Connection:
The RJ45 port provides a stable wired internet connection. Most operating systems will automatically recognize the Ethernet adapter without additional drivers.
Power Delivery:
Connect your laptop's original USB-C PD charger to the hub's PD port. The hub will pass through power to charge your laptop while simultaneously powering connected peripherals.

SD/TF Card Reader:
Insert your memory cards into the designated slots. The hub supports simultaneous reading and writing of both SD and TF cards.
Display Modes
The behavior of external displays connected via the HDMI port varies depending on your operating system:
- Windows: Supports both Mirror Mode (duplicate your primary display) and Extend Mode (use the external display as an additional workspace).
- macOS: Only supports Mirror Mode (duplicate your primary display).

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the hub. Avoid using liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the hub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the device or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble the hub, as this will void the warranty.
Troubleshooting
- No Display on External Monitor:
- Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the hub and the monitor.
- Verify that your host device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
- Check your device's display settings to ensure the external monitor is detected and configured correctly (e.g., extended or mirrored).
- Confirm that your monitor is set to the correct input source (HDMI).
- If your device's USB-C port is DP1.2, the maximum resolution will be 4K@30Hz.
- Slow Data Transfer Speeds:
- Ensure you are using the 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports for high-speed devices.
- Check the capabilities of your connected USB device and cable.
- Avoid connecting too many power-hungry devices simultaneously without external power, as this can affect performance.
- Device Not Charging via PD Port:
- Ensure your USB-C PD charger is connected to the hub's PD port and is functioning correctly.
- Verify that your charger provides sufficient wattage for your laptop and the hub's power requirements (up to 100W).
- Some laptops may require specific chargers or have limitations on third-party charging.
- Ethernet Connection Issues:
- Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the hub and your router/modem.
- Ensure your network settings on your device are configured for a wired connection.
- Restart your router/modem and your host device.
- SD/TF Cards Not Detected:
- Ensure the cards are inserted correctly and fully into their respective slots.
- Try the cards directly in another device to rule out card issues.
User Tips
- Check Host Device Compatibility: Before purchasing or using, always verify that your laptop, tablet, or smartphone's USB-C port supports the specific functions you intend to use (e.g., DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video output, Power Delivery for charging). Not all USB-C ports are created equal.
- Use Original Chargers: For optimal and safe charging, use your device's original power adapter with the hub's PD port.
- Firm Connections: Ensure all cables are firmly seated in their respective ports to prevent intermittent connectivity issues.
