Control Buttons:

• K (Previous Track/Rewind): Short press for previous track, long press to rewind.
• II (Play/Pause): Press to play or pause playback.

Setup

Charging the Device:

The Kuephom PM21 has a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the DC 5V port on the CD player.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible 5V USB power source (e.g., wall charger, car charger, power bank, or computer USB port). Note: Chargers are not included.
3. The charging indicator will illuminate. Once fully charged, the indicator may change color or turn off depending on the unit.

A full charge provides approximately 5-8 hours of playback time. To preserve battery life, turn off the CD player when not in use.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Slide the ON/OFF switch on the side of the player to turn it on or off.

2. CD Playback

1. Open the CD compartment cover.
2. Carefully place a CD (CD, CD-R, CD-RW) onto the spindle, label side up.
3. Close the CD compartment cover securely.
4. If the player is not already in CD mode, press the MODE button until 'CD' is displayed.
5. The CD will begin playing automatically. If not, press the II (Play/Pause) button.
6. Use K and buttons to skip tracks. Long press to fast forward/rewind.
7. Adjust volume with VOL- and VOL+ buttons.
8. Press REP/EQ to cycle through repeat modes (e.g., repeat one track, repeat all tracks) and equalizer presets (ROC, POP, JAZ, CLA, FLT).

The player features a play memory function, resuming playback from where it left off.

3. USB Playback

1. Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 or other compatible audio files into the USB port.
2. Press the MODE button until 'USB' is displayed.
3. The player will automatically detect and begin playing audio files from the USB drive.
4. Use playback controls (K, II, , VOL-, VOL+) as with CD playback.

4. Bluetooth Transmitting (Connecting to Bluetooth Speakers/Earbuds)

1. Ensure the CD player is playing audio (from CD or USB).
2. Place your Bluetooth speaker or earbuds into pairing mode.
3. Press the TRANSMIT button on the CD player. The Bluetooth indicator will flash.
4. The CD player will search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices. Once connected, the indicator will become solid.
5. Audio from the CD player will now be transmitted to your paired Bluetooth device.

5. Bluetooth Receiving (Connecting to Mobile/Tablet)

1. Press the MODE button until 'BT' (Bluetooth) is displayed. The Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating it's in receiving/pairing mode.
2. On your mobile phone or tablet, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select 'Kuephom PM21' (or similar name) from the list of devices to pair.

6. Connecting to Car Audio System (via AUX Cable)

If your car has an AUX-in port, you can connect the CD player to your car's audio system.

1. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone jack on the portable CD player.
2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX-in port in your car.
