4. Setup
The BlitzWolf BW-NEW TH8 is designed for plug-and-play functionality, requiring no additional drivers for most operating systems.
- Connect to Host Device: Plug the integrated USB-C cable of the BW-NEW TH8 into an available USB-C port on your computer, laptop, or compatible smartphone/tablet.
- Automatic Recognition: Your operating system (Mac OS, Windows, Chrome OS) should automatically detect and configure the hub and its connected peripherals.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the hub is connected to your host device, you can utilize its various ports:
5.1 Power Delivery (PD) Charging
- Connect your device's original USB-C power adapter to the 100W PD Charging Port on the hub.
- The hub supports up to 100W power input, providing pass-through charging to your host device (up to 86W output) while simultaneously powering the hub and connected peripherals.

5.2 USB Data Transfer
- Use the 3 x USB 3.0 Ports and 2 x USB-C 3.0 Ports to connect external storage devices, keyboards, mice, or other USB peripherals.
- These ports support USB 3.0 standard with data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps.

5.3 Video Output (HDMI)
- Connect an HDMI cable from the hub's HD 4K@60Hz port to an external monitor, TV, or projector.
- This allows for large screen extension or mirroring, supporting resolutions up to 4K at a 60Hz refresh rate.

5.4 Ethernet Connection
- Plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 1000Mbps port for a stable and fast wired network connection.

5.5 SD/TF Card Reader

6. Maintenance
- Keep the hub clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the hub to strong impacts.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the hub during extended use to prevent overheating.
7. Troubleshooting
- No display output: Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the hub and the monitor. Check the display settings on your host device. Verify that your host device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode).
- Peripherals not recognized: Disconnect and reconnect the hub. Try connecting the peripheral directly to your host device to confirm it's working. Ensure the hub is receiving sufficient power, especially when multiple power-hungry devices are connected.
- Slow data transfer: Ensure you are using USB 3.0 compatible cables and devices. Some older USB devices may operate at slower speeds.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure all cables are securely connected. Try a different USB-C port on your host device if available.
- Charging not working: Ensure your power adapter is connected to the PD port and is functioning correctly. Verify that your host device supports USB-C Power Delivery.
8. User Tips
- For optimal performance, especially when using multiple high-bandwidth devices (e.g., 4K monitor, external SSDs, and charging), ensure your host device's USB-C port supports the necessary power and data throughput.
- Always connect your power adapter to the PD port if you intend to charge your laptop or power multiple devices through the hub.
- When disconnecting, it's good practice to safely eject any connected storage devices (USB drives, SD/TF cards) from your operating system before unplugging the hub.
9. Warranty
This item comes with a Basic 3 Month Seller's Warranty. If the item is found defective within 3 months of purchase, a replacement will be offered without extra charge (including shipping fee) after the defective item is received. If the item becomes defective after 3 months, buyers may still send it back for warranty service. In such cases, buyers might need to cover the shipping fee for resending the replaced item.
