Setup and Installation
1. Powering the RF Thermostat
The RF Thermostat can be powered in two ways:
- Battery Power: Insert 3 x 1.5V alkaline AA batteries into the battery compartment.
- USB Power: Connect a USB Type-C cable to the thermostat and a suitable power adapter (not included).

2. RF Receiver Wiring
The RF Receiver connects directly to your heating system. It is compatible with most indoor heating systems, including gas boilers (3A) or electric heating devices (16A). Ensure power is off before wiring.
For Gas Boiler Connection:
- Connect the Neutral wire (N) from your power supply to the 'N' terminal on the receiver.
- Connect the Live wire (L) from your power supply to the 'L' terminal on the receiver.
- Connect the 'NO' (Normally Open) terminal on the receiver to the boiler's control input.
- Connect the 'COM' (Common) terminal on the receiver to the boiler's common input.

3. Thermostat Placement
The RF Thermostat offers flexible installation options:
- Desktop Placement: Use the provided bracket to place the thermostat on a desk or table. The bracket provides a 60-degree viewing angle for optimal readability.
- Wall-Hung Installation: Mount the thermostat directly to a wall using the screw pack.

4. Pairing the Thermostat and Receiver
The RF Thermostat and Receiver communicate wirelessly using RF 433MHz technology, with a transmission distance of up to 200 meters in open air. Follow the pairing instructions in the quick start guide to establish communication between the two units.

5. App Connection (Tuya Smart/Smart Life)
To enable smart features, download the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" app from your mobile app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add your thermostat device and connect it to your home WiFi network. This allows for remote control and access to advanced settings.

Temperature Control

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
