8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your multimedia player, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Q: The unit does not power on.
A: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the unit and the car's 12V-24V power outlet. Check your vehicle's fuse box for any blown fuses related to the power outlet.
Q: CarPlay/Android Auto is not connecting wirelessly.
A: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and paired with the unit. For Android Auto, try turning off the car stereo's Wi-Fi and reconnecting. Make sure your phone's operating system is compatible (iOS 12+ for iPhone 6 and higher, Android 11.0+ or Android 10.0+ for Google/Samsung).
Q: The unit loses settings or memory after turning off the car.
A: This usually indicates an issue with the power wiring. Ensure the unit is connected to a constant 12V-24V power source (B+) in addition to the ignition-switched power (ACC) to retain settings.
Q: No sound from car speakers when using FM transmission.
A: Verify that the unit and your car's radio are tuned to the exact same FM frequency. Ensure the FM transmitter is ON (which turns off the unit's built-in speaker). If still no sound, try using the AUX cable connection.
Q: Mirror Link is not working.
A: Ensure you are using an original/certified USB cable for wired Mirror Link. On your phone, accept any "trust" prompts when connecting. Check the PhoneLink settings on the unit.
