4. Setup
4.1 Initial Pairing
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "Realme Buds T310" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4.2 Realme Link App
For enhanced functionality and customization, download the realme Link App. The app allows you to:
- Customize touch functions.
- Set EQ modes.
- Adjust space sound settings.
- Control noise reduction depth.
Note: The realme Link App for iOS does not support this device.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Smart Touch Controls
The earbuds feature smart touch controls. The recognition area is located on the top of the earbud stem, extending down to a 6mm area. Refer to the realme Link App for specific customizable touch gestures.
5.2 Noise Cancellation
The Realme Buds T310 offers 46dB Hybrid Noise Reduction. You can switch between Normal, Noise Reduction, and Transparent modes, and adjust the noise reduction depth through the realme Link App. This function needs to be turned on in the realme Link App and is turned off by default.
5.3 Dynamic Sound
Experience personalized audio with the dynamic sound effect algorithm, which flexibly adjusts the intensity of high, medium, and low frequency bands based on audio content and scenes.
5.4 Dual Device Connection
The earphones support simultaneous connection to two devices (e.g., a mobile phone and a tablet). To switch audio playback, you must pause the music on the currently playing device before initiating playback on the second device.
5.5 Gaming Mode (Low Latency)
Activate Gaming Mode for a super low latency of 45ms on the earphone side, providing instant response and high-frequency synchronization for a more immersive gaming experience. This feature is enabled via the realme Link App.

To charge your Realme Buds T310:

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, remove them and clean with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
7.2 Water and Dust Resistance
The earbuds are certified with an IP55 dust and water resistance rating. This means they are protected against limited dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. The charging case is NOT water-resistant. It is recommended to avoid using the earbuds during extreme sports or heavy sweating to prevent damage from sweat penetration.
8. Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to initiate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Sound issues: Ensure earbuds are charged. Check for debris in ear tips or earbud speakers. Re-pair if necessary.
- App connectivity: If experiencing issues with the realme Link App, ensure it is updated to the latest version. Remember, the realme Link App for iOS does not support this device.
- Dual Device Connection not switching: Remember to pause playback on the first device before attempting to play audio on the second device.
