5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Care
- Always use the original charging cable and a compatible power adapter.
- Do not overcharge or completely discharge the battery.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- If the drone will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% before storing.
5.2 Propeller Replacement
If a propeller is damaged, replace it immediately using the spare blades and screwdriver provided.
- Power off the drone and remove the battery.
- Use the screwdriver to carefully remove the screw holding the damaged propeller.
- Remove the damaged propeller.
- Place a new propeller, ensuring it matches the rotation direction (indicated on the propeller and motor arm).
- Secure the new propeller with the screw.
5.3 Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and camera lenses.
- Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents that could damage electronic components.
- Ensure no dust or debris is obstructing the motors or sensors.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Drone does not power on | Battery is not charged or not installed correctly. | Charge the drone battery fully. Ensure the battery is inserted correctly and clicks into place. |
| Drone cannot connect to remote control/app | Incorrect pairing procedure or Wi-Fi issue. | Ensure both drone and remote are powered on. Re-pair by following the app's instructions. Check phone's Wi-Fi connection to the drone. |
| Unstable flight/Drifting | Drone not calibrated, strong wind, or damaged propellers. | Perform gyroscope and geomagnetic calibration. Avoid flying in windy conditions. Check and replace any damaged propellers. |
| GPS signal loss | Flying indoors or in areas with poor satellite reception. | Fly in open outdoor areas with a clear view of the sky. Avoid areas with tall buildings or heavy interference. |
| Obstacle avoidance not working | Feature is disabled or sensors are obstructed. | Ensure the obstacle avoidance switch is ON. Clean the obstacle avoidance sensors on the drone. |
