6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

The device will power on automatically when your motorcycle's ignition is turned on. To power off, turn off the ignition.

6.2. Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto Connection

The device supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration.

For Apple CarPlay:

1. Open the Apple CarPlay widget on the SmartScreen.
2. Pair your iPhone with the SmartScreen using Bluetooth.
3. Confirm 'Use CarPlay' when prompted on your iPhone.
4. After successful connection, Bluetooth will be disconnected automatically, and CarPlay will operate over Wi-Fi.

For Android Auto:

1. Ensure your Android phone is running Android 11 or higher and supports 5GHz Wi-Fi.
2. Download the latest Android Auto application on your phone.
3. Pair your Android phone with the SmartScreen using Bluetooth.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to establish the Android Auto connection.

6.3. Bluetooth Helmet and Headset Compatibility

The device features Dual Bluetooth 5.0 channels. When connected to CarPlay or Android Auto, you can connect your phone's Bluetooth to a Bluetooth headset or stereo system to enjoy music, make calls, and use navigation audio. This is compatible with most Bluetooth headsets, helmets, and audio systems.
