- Verify the correct plug type for your region.
- Output Connections:
- Connect the red output line to the positive (+) terminal and the black output line to the negative (-) terminal of the power supply.
- Connect the other ends of the output lines to your load device, ensuring correct polarity.
- For safety, ensure the output switch is OFF before connecting the load.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the ON position. The display will illuminate.
- Setting Voltage and Current:
- Use the V-COARSE and V-FINE encoder knobs to adjust the desired output voltage.
- Use the A-COARSE and A-FINE encoder knobs to set the desired current limit.
- The 4-digit LED display will show the set voltage, current, and calculated power.

- After setting the desired voltage and current, press the ON/OFF button (labeled "OUTPUT" on some models) to enable the power output. The status light will turn on.
- The power supply will now deliver power to the connected load.

Step-by-step guide on using the ON/OFF button: 1) Set current/voltage, 2) Press ON/OFF (status light will be on), 3) Start to work. - OCP (Over Current Protection) and OVP (Over Voltage Protection):
- These features protect your connected devices from damage due to excessive current or voltage.
- Press the OCP or OVP buttons to activate these protections. When triggered, an alarm will sound, and the output will stop.

The OCP, OVP, and OUTPUT buttons are shown illuminated, indicating their active status. - USB and Type-C Quick Charging:
- The front panel includes USB-A and USB-C ports for quick charging of cell phones and other electronic devices.
- These ports support various fast charging protocols.

Video demonstrating how the DC power supply automatically switches between Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) modes based on the load and set current limit. If the power supply current is less than the load current, it operates in CC mode. If the power supply current is set higher than the load current, it operates in CV mode.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power supply. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings on the rear panel are clear of obstructions to allow for proper airflow. The intelligent cooling fan will activate automatically when the internal temperature exceeds 50°C (122°F).
- Fuse Replacement: The device is equipped with a fuse for voltage overload protection. If the device fails to power on, check and replace the fuse located in the fuse box on the rear panel. Always replace with a fuse of the same rating.
- Storage: Store the power supply in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/Display off | Power cable not connected, power switch off, blown fuse. | Check power cable connection, ensure power switch is ON, check and replace fuse if necessary. |
| No output voltage/current | Output switch OFF, OCP/OVP activated, incorrect settings. | Press the OUTPUT button to turn on output, check OCP/OVP status and reset if triggered, verify voltage/current settings. |
| Output voltage/current unstable | Loose connections, faulty load, internal fault. | Check all connections, test with a different load, contact support if problem persists. |
| Overheating | Blocked ventilation, prolonged high load. | Ensure ventilation openings are clear, reduce load if operating continuously at maximum capacity. |
