2. Setup and Initial Use
2.1 Charging the Power Bank (Self-Charging)
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your power bank. The CUKTECH No.15 Power Bank Ultra supports high-speed self-charging.
- Single Port Charging: Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable with a compatible power adapter (not included) to charge via either Type-C port (IN1 or IN2). IN1 (Type-C1) supports up to 140W MAX self-charging.
- Dual Port Charging: For the fastest self-charging, connect two compatible power adapters to both Type-C ports (IN1 and IN2). This allows for a combined input of up to 165W MAX.
Note on Dual-Port Self-Charging: This mode is triggered when the rated power of the dual ports is greater than 90W. When the power bank's charge level is higher than 70%, the charging power of the lower-power port will gradually reduce until it exits to optimize battery health.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Charging External Devices
The power bank features three output ports: two Type-C (OUT1, OUT2) and one USB-A (OUT3), offering a multi-port output of up to 210W MAX with intelligent power distribution.
- Type-C1 (OUT1): Up to 140W MAX output, ideal for fast-charging laptops and high-power devices.
- Type-C2 (OUT2): Up to 90W MAX output.
- USB-A (OUT3): Up to 33W MAX output.
Connect your device to the appropriate port using a compatible charging cable. The power bank will automatically detect and deliver the optimal charging power.
3.2 1.3-inch TFT Color Screen Display
The power bank features a 1.3-inch TFT color screen (261 PPI) that provides clear details about its operation.
The screen displays:
- Real-time charging parameters (voltage, current, wattage for each port).
- Battery percentage and estimated remaining time.
- 'Beast Mode' UI for high-power output.
- Input/output direction control.
- Customized screen-on settings.
- Real-time warnings for high and low temperatures.
- Brand and cable current display.
3.3 Low-Current Charging Mode
For charging low-power devices such as smartwatches, Bluetooth earbuds, or fitness trackers, activate the low-current charging mode to prevent overcharging and optimize battery health for these devices.
- Activation: Double-click the power button to enter low-current mode.
- Deactivation: Double-click the power button again to exit low-current mode.
4. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your CUKTECH No.15 Power Bank Ultra, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Battery Health: For best battery life, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
- Heat Dissipation: The power bank features a 4-layer heat dissipation stack to manage temperature during high-power operation. Ensure the device has adequate ventilation and do not cover its vents.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your power bank, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Power Bank Not Charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the power adapter.
- Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (e.g., 140W or 165W for optimal self-charging).
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
- Device Not Charging from Power Bank:
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's output port and your device.
- Try a different output port or cable.
- If charging a low-power device, ensure low-current mode is activated (double-click power button).
- Some devices may require specific charging protocols; ensure compatibility.
- Screen Not Displaying Information:
- Press the power button briefly to activate the screen.
- If the screen remains blank, the power bank's battery might be completely depleted. Charge the power bank.
- Overheating:
- If the power bank feels excessively hot, disconnect all devices and allow it to cool down in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure no vents are blocked.
- The power bank has built-in temperature protection and will automatically adjust output or shut down if temperatures become unsafe.
If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

7. User Tips
- Battery Capacity Clarification: The stated battery energy of 70.56Wh/72Wh (14.4V 4900mAh/5000mAh) refers to the actual output energy at 14.4V. Due to voltage conversion and energy loss as voltage increases, the effective capacity at 5V (12000mAh) will differ. This is a normal characteristic of power banks and does not indicate a discrepancy in the product's specifications.
- Optimize Charging Speed: For the fastest charging of your power bank, use two high-wattage USB-C power adapters simultaneously.
- Device Compatibility: The power bank supports various fast-charging protocols, including PD3.1 for laptops (up to 140W) and ADC Adaptive Fast Charge 2.0 for a wide range of smartphones (e.g., Xiaomi, iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Honor, Vivo, Meizu).
- Monitor with Screen: Utilize the 1.3-inch TFT color screen to monitor real-time charging status, input/output power, and battery level for efficient power management.
- Flight Approved: The power bank's capacity is generally within the limits for air travel, making it suitable for carrying on flights. Always check current airline regulations before traveling.
