Setup
1. Initial Fitting
For optimal comfort and noise reduction, select the ear tips and ear wings that best fit your ears. Insert the earbuds at the angle shown in the diagram below.
2. App Download (Optional)
For additional features and management, you can download the companion app:
- Scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the SayMi APP.
- Login to the APP.
- Enter the APP to connect your headphones.
3. Wireless Pairing Mode
- First-time Pairing: When there is no previous pairing record for the left and right earphones, they will automatically pair with each other after being turned on. After successful pairing, you will hear two beeps.
- Reconnection: If the earphones have pairing records, they will automatically connect back to your device when turned on, and you will hear a "beep" prompt.
Operating Instructions
Indicator Light Description
- Headset On: White light flashes.
- Headset Off: Red light stays on for 2 seconds, then turns off.
- Pairing Status: White light flashing.
- Connection Successful: No light.
- Headphone Charging: Red light stays on for a long time. After being fully charged, the red light goes off.
- Charging Case Charging: The display screen shows the battery level. When fully charged, it shows 100%. The display will turn off after about 30 seconds of inactivity. Sliding can re-enter the display screen.
Touch Controls
The MINISO X10 earphones feature easy touch control for various functions:
- Music Mode:
- Play/Pause: Single click on either earbud (L or R).
- Next Song: Double click the right earbud.
- Previous Song: Double click the left earbud.
- Volume Up: Long press the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Long press the left earbud.
- Phone Mode:
- Answer/Hang Up: Single click on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
- Voice Assistant: Triple click on either earbud to wake up the voice assistant.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the ear tips and charging contacts, with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
- Charging: Use the provided Type-C charging cable and a compatible power adapter. Avoid extreme temperatures during charging.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the earphones frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.
- Water Resistance: The earphones are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water, sweat, or high humidity.
Troubleshooting
Earphones not pairing or reconnecting:
If the earphones fail to pair with each other or reconnect to your mobile phone, you may need to reset them and clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
- Clear Bluetooth Pairing History: When both ears cannot be paired, clear all connected devices from your phone's Bluetooth list. Then, tap both the left and right earphones 5 times simultaneously.
- Reset Earphones: If the earphones fail to pair or reconnect to each other, reset them by tapping both earphones five times simultaneously. This action will clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
No sound or low volume:
- Ensure the earphones are properly charged.
- Check the volume level on both your device and the earphones.
- Make sure the earphones are correctly paired and connected to your device.
- Clean any debris from the ear tips and speaker grilles.
Charging issues:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstruction.
- Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
User Tips
- Optimal Fit for Sleep: Experiment with different sizes of ear tips and ear wings to find the most comfortable and secure fit, especially if you are a side sleeper. A good fit enhances passive noise blocking.
- Battery Management: For extended use, consider charging the case regularly. The 130-hour standby time refers to the case's ability to recharge the earbuds multiple times.
- Noise Reduction: While the earphones offer passive noise blocking up to 28dB, they are not active noise-cancelling (ANC). For best results, ensure a snug fit to maximize the physical barrier against sound.
- Single Earbud Use: The earphones support seamless switching between one and two ears. You can take out just one earbud to listen and connect instantly.
