Setup
- Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the power bank using the provided USB Type-C cable and a compatible power adapter (not included). Connect the Type-C cable to the power bank's input port and the other end to a power source. The LED indicators will show the charging status.
- Magnetic Attachment: For magnetic wireless charging, ensure your device is compatible with MagSafe technology or uses a magnetic phone case. The power bank will securely attach to the back of your phone.

Operating Instructions
1. Wireless Charging
- Align the power bank with the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12-15 series) or other wireless charging enabled device. The magnetic connection will snap into place.
- Wireless charging will begin automatically. The power bank supports 7.5W for iPhones and up to 15W for other compatible devices.
- Ensure there are no foreign objects between the power bank and your device, as this can interfere with charging.

2. Wired Charging
- Connect one end of the USB Type-C cable to the power bank's Type-C output port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device's charging port.
- The power bank supports 20W fast wired charging for compatible devices.

3. Checking Battery Level
- The power bank features LED indicators to display its remaining battery level. Refer to the product's physical design for the exact location and interpretation of these indicators.
Maintenance
- Keep the power bank dry and away from moisture.
- Avoid extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself.
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
- Q: The power bank is not charging my device wirelessly.
- A: Ensure your device is compatible with MagSafe or has a magnetic case. Check for any obstructions between the power bank and your device. Make sure the power bank itself is charged.
- Q: The power bank is charging slowly.
- A: Verify that both the power bank and your device support fast charging. Use the original or a certified Type-C cable. Environmental factors or background apps on your device can also affect charging speed.
- Q: The magnetic attachment is weak.
- A: Ensure your phone or phone case has built-in MagSafe magnets. Standard cases without magnetic rings will not provide a strong magnetic connection.
- Q: The power bank is not charging itself.
- A: Try a different Type-C cable and power adapter. Ensure the power adapter meets the input specifications (e.g., 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A).
User Tips
- For the best magnetic wireless charging experience, use a phone case specifically designed with MagSafe compatibility.
