  1. Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The display area (A) will illuminate.
  2. Mode Selection: Use the Mode Selection button (E) to cycle through the available test functions. The current mode will be indicated on the display (B).
  3. Parameter Adjustment: For modes requiring specific RPM or time settings, use the Adjust Decrease (C) and Adjust Increase (D) buttons to set the desired values.
  4. Start Test: Press the Start/Stop button (F) to begin the selected test.
  5. Uniformity Test: This function checks the uniformity of fuel injections across the tested injectors. Observe the fluid levels in the glass measuring cylinders (3) to compare injection volumes.
  6. Atomization Observation: With the help of the backlight, this mode allows for a comprehensive and careful observation of the injector's spray atomization pattern. Look for consistent and fine mist.
  7. Tightness Test: This test detects the tightness and any dropping (leaking) of the fuel injector under working pressure. Monitor for any drips or leaks from the injector nozzles.
  8. Fuel Injection Volume Detection: This function measures the precise fuel injection volume of the injector under specific working conditions. The volume will be indicated by the fluid level in the graduated glass tubes.
  9. Pressure Adjustment: The unit maintains a fixed oil pressure of 1.2-1.5bar.
  10. Stop Test: Press the Start/Stop button (F) again to end the test.
  11. Pressure Relief: After testing, manually relieve any residual pressure in the system by slightly loosening the Fuel Refill Port & Pressure Release Port (13).
  12. Fluid Deliver Switch (9): Use this switch to control the flow of test fluid. Remember the warning: DO NOT SWITCH IT ON WHEN THE INJECTORS ARE NOT MOUNTED, EXCEPT YOU WANT TO DRAIN THE FLUID.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, clean the unit, especially the glass measuring cylinders and injector mounting area, to prevent residue buildup. Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents for the test fluid.
  • Fluid Management: Properly dispose of or recycle used test fluid according to local regulations. Ensure the tank is clean before refilling with fresh fluid.
  • Storage: Store the ANCEL JC200 in a dry, clean, and safe environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
