7. Operating Instructions

7.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps to safely jump-start your 12V vehicle:

1. Insert the Jump Cable: Plug the blue end of the heavy-duty clamps into the jump starter socket on the JS2000PRO. Ensure a secure connection.
2. Connect the Clamps: Attach the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of your vehicle's battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal.
3. Start the Vehicle: Once the clamps are securely connected and the jump starter is ready (LED indicator on the clamps turns solid green), start your vehicle's engine.
4. Remove the Clamps: After the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps from the vehicle battery, then disconnect the jump cable from the JS2000PRO.

7.2 Using BOOST Mode

The BOOST mode is designed for deeply discharged or completely dead batteries. When the clamps are connected to a battery with extremely low voltage, the normal indicator might not turn green. In such cases:

1. Ensure the clamps are correctly connected to the vehicle battery terminals.
2. Press and hold the “BOOST” button on the jump starter for 3 seconds.
3. The LED indicator on the clamps will turn solid green, indicating BOOST mode is active.
4. Start your vehicle within 30 seconds.
5. Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps.

WARNING: After entering BOOST mode, all protection features are temporarily disabled. Exercise extreme caution and ensure correct connections to prevent damage.

7.3 Using as a Portable Power Bank
