5. Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your industrial aspirator before first use:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach Wheels (if not pre-assembled): Securely attach the wheels to the base of the aspirator according to the diagrams in the product packaging.
- Install Filter: For dry vacuuming, ensure the stainless steel HEFA filter is properly seated over the motor housing. For wet vacuuming, remove the HEFA filter and ensure a foam filter (if included, or refer to specific wet vacuuming instructions) is in place to protect the motor.
- Connect Hose: Insert one end of the hose firmly into the suction inlet on the tank.
- Assemble Extension Tubes and Nozzle: Connect the plastic tube(s) to the free end of the hose, then attach the floor brush or desired accessory.
- Power Connection: Ensure the aspirator is switched OFF before plugging the 1.8m power cable into a suitable 220-240V power outlet.

6. Operating Instructions
Dry Vacuuming
- Ensure the stainless steel HEFA filter is clean and correctly installed.
- Connect the hose, extension tubes, and desired dry vacuuming accessory (e.g., floor brush).
- Plug the aspirator into a power outlet.
- Switch the aspirator ON using the power switch.
- Begin vacuuming the dry debris.
- When finished, switch the aspirator OFF and unplug it.
- Empty the tank and clean the filter as needed.
Wet Vacuuming
- IMPORTANT: Remove the HEFA filter before wet vacuuming. If a foam filter is provided for wet use, install it according to instructions. Failure to do so will damage the HEFA filter and potentially the motor.
- Connect the hose, extension tubes, and a suitable wet vacuuming accessory.
- Plug the aspirator into a power outlet.
- Switch the aspirator ON.
- Begin vacuuming liquids. The aspirator has a float mechanism that will shut off suction when the tank is full.
- When the tank is full or you are finished, switch the aspirator OFF and unplug it.
- Empty the liquid from the tank.
Blower Function (if applicable)
Some models may feature a blower port. If available, detach the hose from the suction inlet and attach it to the blower port. The aspirator can then be used to blow away debris.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your aspirator.
- Emptying the Tank: After each use, especially after wet vacuuming, empty the tank. Release the latches, remove the motor head, and pour out the contents. Clean the inside of the tank with water and mild detergent if necessary, then dry thoroughly.
- Filter Cleaning:
- HEFA Filter (Dry Use): Tap the filter gently to dislodge dust. For deeper cleaning, rinse with water and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation. Do not use the filter while wet.
- Foam Filter (Wet Use): Rinse the foam filter with water and allow it to air dry completely.
- Hose and Accessories: Clean the hose and accessories by rinsing them with water. Ensure they are free of blockages and dry before storage.
- Storage: Store the aspirator and its accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
