6.4.4 Volume Measurement

Select volume measurement mode. The screen will prompt for length, width, and height. Take three consecutive single measurements. The device will automatically calculate and display the volume.

6.4.5 Pythagorean Measurement

Select Pythagorean measurement mode. This mode is used to calculate indirect distances (e.g., height of a wall) using the Pythagorean theorem. Follow the on-screen prompts to measure the hypotenuse and one leg of a right-angled triangle. The device will calculate the unknown side.

8. Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Store the device in its protective pouch when not in use.
  • Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
  • The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and splashing water, but the device is not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging it in water.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on: Check battery installation and ensure batteries are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
  • Inaccurate measurements: Ensure the laser is aimed at a flat, non-reflective surface. Use the white reflective card for difficult surfaces or long distances. Verify the correct measurement reference point is selected.
  • Error message on screen: Refer to the specific error code in the full user manual (if available) or try restarting the device.
  • Laser not visible: Ensure the device is powered on and the laser is activated. In bright light conditions, the laser dot may be harder to see.

10. User Tips

  • For best accuracy, especially over longer distances or in bright conditions, use the included white reflective card as a target.
  • Always ensure the device is stable and level when taking measurements, particularly for area, volume, and Pythagorean calculations.
  • Practice with different measurement modes in a familiar environment to get comfortable with the device's functions.
  • Keep the laser lens clean to avoid measurement errors.

11. Warranty and Support

For warranty information and technical support, please refer to the official product documentation or contact the seller directly. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
