8. Troubleshooting

  • Dust in Projector: It is common for small amounts of dust to enter the projector through the exhaust port during transportation or use. This is generally not a quality issue and can often be cleaned by following maintenance instructions or consulting support.
  • Increased Fan Noise: All LED projectors generate some fan noise, and higher brightness settings typically result in increased fan speed and noise. This is normal operation. If noise levels are unusually high, ensure ventilation is not obstructed.
  • Fuzzy Corners: For some LED projectors, especially at lower price points, slight fuzziness at the corners of the projected image can occur. The product is fully tested before shipping to ensure it does not significantly affect video viewing. For critical applications requiring absolute corner-to-corner sharpness, consider higher-end projectors.
  • No Image/Signal: Check all cable connections (HDMI, VGA, AV) and ensure the correct input source is selected on the projector. For wireless display, confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and screen mirroring is activated.
  • No Sound: Check the projector's volume settings and ensure any external audio devices are properly connected and powered on. If using Bluetooth, ensure the speaker is paired and selected as the audio output.
