It features a stylish design, high-quality manufacturing, a multi-touch capacitive screen, and capacitive touch buttons for a comfortable user experience. The SERVO 16SE Mini operates on GSM and 3G (WCDMA) networks and supports wireless Wi-Fi. Its user-friendly interface ensures quick and easy operation.
Important: Do not attempt to root this phone using any tools. Doing so may lead to irreparable failures, and rooted phones are not covered under warranty. Please read this instruction manual carefully before use.

2. Safety Information
To ensure safe and effective use of your mobile phone, please read the following information carefully before operation.
2.1 General Safety Guidelines
- Safe Boot: Do not use mobile phones in areas where their use is prohibited, or where they may cause interference or danger.
- Traffic Safety: Do not use your mobile phone while driving to avoid interfering with safe driving.
- Restricted Areas: Turn off the phone in restricted areas, such as on aircraft, or near flammable items, chemical agents, or medical equipment.
- Interference: Mobile communications may be subject to radio interference, which can affect performance.
- Water Resistance: This mobile phone is not waterproof. Keep it dry to prevent damage.
- Children's Safety: Keep the mobile phone and all its accessories out of the reach of children.
- Professional Services: Do not disassemble the mobile phone or its accessories without authorization. Only authorized personnel should repair this device.

Note: Please charge the phone for 3-5 hours initially using a 5V1A charger.
4. Setup
4.1 Installing SIM/USIM Card and Battery
To use your phone's network services, you need to install a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) or USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card. USIM cards are required for 3G services.
- Locate the SIM card slot on the right side of the phone.
- Insert the SIM card(s) and/or memory card into the slot according to the diagram shown on the card tray.
If no SIM or USIM card is inserted, only non-network services and some phone features will be available. Do not insert a memory card into the SIM card slot.

4.2 Charging the Battery
Before using your phone for the first time, the battery must be fully charged.
Using the Travel Charger:
- Insert the small end of the travel charger into the phone's multi-function Type-C port.
- Plug the large end of the travel charger into a power outlet.
You can use the phone while charging, but this may extend the charging time. It is normal for the phone to heat up during charging and does not affect its lifespan. If the phone does not charge properly, contact a service center. Disconnect the charger once the battery is full.
Using a Computer Data Cable:
Ensure your computer is turned on before charging.
- Insert one end of the Type-C data cable into the phone's multi-function port.
- Connect the other end of the data cable to your computer's USB port.
Charging may take a moment depending on the USB port type. Disconnect the cable once the battery is full.

4.3 Formatting SD Card Storage
To format an SD card:
- From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Storage > Format SD storage.
Before formatting, ensure you back up all important data on your SD card. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover data loss due to user operations.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the [Power Key] for at least 1 second.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the [Power Key], then select "Power Off" from the options.
In areas where wireless devices are prohibited (e.g., aircraft, hospitals), please comply with all posted warnings and official instructions. To use only non-network services, switch to Flight Mode by pulling down the main interface and selecting the flight mode icon.
5.2 Touch Screen Operations
The phone's touchscreen allows for easy selection of items and execution of functions. To ensure optimal performance and prevent damage:
- Avoid using sharp tools to prevent scratching the screen.
- Do not expose the touchscreen to other electronic devices to prevent static discharge failures.
- Keep the touchscreen dry; it may malfunction in wet conditions.
- Remove any screen protector before use for the best experience.
- Use your fingertips for interaction; the screen does not respond to sharp tools like styluses or pens.
Basic gestures include:
- Tap: Select or launch an item/application.
- Tap and Hold: Press and hold an item for over 2 seconds to open a context menu.
- Scroll: Drag your finger up, down, left, or right to navigate lists.
- Drag and Drop: Tap and hold an item, then drag it to a new location.
- Double Tap: Quickly tap twice to zoom in or out (e.g., in photos).
The screen will turn off after a period of inactivity. Press the [Power Key] to reactivate it. The backlight time can be adjusted in Settings > Display > Dormancy.
5.3 Customizing Your Phone
Wallpaper:
You can set wallpapers for the lock screen or desktop. Options include static images, dynamic wallpapers, or video wallpapers. Images from your album can also be used.
- To change wallpaper: From the standby screen, press the Menu button, then select Wallpaper and choose the desired type.
Widgets:
Add widgets to your standby screen for quick access to information or functions.
- From the standby screen, press the Menu button, select Add widget, then long-press and drag the desired widget to your screen.
Date and Time:
Set the current date and time for your phone.
- From the main menu, go to Settings > Date and Time to adjust settings like automatic date/time from network, time zone, and 24-hour format.
5.4 Sound and Notifications
- Touch Tones: Enable or disable touch prompt tones in Settings > Sound and notification.
- Ringtone Volume: Adjust call volume using the physical volume buttons.
- Vibration Mode: Switch to vibration mode via the shortcut panel or by long-pressing the [Power Key] and selecting "Vibration Mode".
- Change Ringtone: Customize your phone's ringtone, message tone, and notification sounds in Settings > Sound and notification.
5.5 Security
Screen Lock Pattern:
Set an unlock pattern to protect your phone from unauthorized access. This phone also supports facial recognition unlock.
- Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock pattern.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to draw a pattern by connecting at least four points. Confirm the pattern.
Note: The unlock pattern will be required every time you turn on the phone. If you forget your pattern, you must take your phone to a service center for unlocking. The manufacturer is not responsible for data loss or damage caused by illegal software.

SIM/USIM Card Lock:
You can lock your SIM/USIM card using a PIN code provided by your service provider.
- Go to Settings > Security > Set SIM Card Lock Mode.
- Enter your PIN code and confirm.
If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM/USIM card will be locked, requiring a PUK (PIN Unlock Key) from your service provider to unlock it.
5.6 Communication
Calling:
Learn how to make and answer calls, and use call-related features.
- In standby mode, tap the dial key to access the dial interface and call log.
- The dial pad can be opened/closed by tapping the icon in the lower-left corner of the main interface.
Messaging:
Create and send SMS (Short Message Service) or MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service). View and manage sent/received messages. Additional costs may apply for messages sent/received outside your local service area.
Contacts:
Create and manage personal or company contacts stored on your phone or SIM/USIM card. You can save names, phone numbers, email addresses, and more. Organize contacts into groups.
5.7 Multimedia
Music:
Use the music player to listen to your favorite music. Some file formats may not be supported depending on the phone software. If a file exceeds available storage, it may not open. You can add music by downloading from the web, copying via data cable, or transferring via Bluetooth.
Photo Album:
View pictures and play videos stored on your memory card.
Radio:
Listen to FM radio programs. Before using the FM radio, connect the provided headset, which acts as the antenna.
Recorder:
Quickly save voice recordings and set your preferred sound quality and recording mode.
Video:
View, delete, and sort your video files.

5.8 Utilities
- Clock: Set alarms, view world time, and use timer/stopwatch functions. Supports shutdown alarms.
- Browser: Access the internet with enhanced speed, security, and features like high-speed download and full-screen browsing.
- File Management: Easily open and manage pictures, movies, music, documents, and other files. Avoid moving or deleting system files. It is recommended to install APKs from the phone's storage; self-installed APKs causing crashes are not the manufacturer's responsibility.
- Calendar: View dates, lunar calendar, and manage events.
- Calculator: Perform mathematical calculations, with a scientific calculator available in landscape mode.
5.9 Connectivity
- WLAN (Wi-Fi): Manage Wi-Fi status, view network notifications, and add networks.
- Bluetooth: Set Bluetooth status, search for devices, and change the Bluetooth name.
- SIM Card Management: Enable/disable SIM cards, manage data connection, and international roaming.
- Network and Sharing & Portable Hotspots: Use WLAN hotspot, USB sharing, Bluetooth sharing, and portable hotspot settings.
- VPN: Add VPN profiles.

- Screen Standby Time: Adjust how long the screen stays on before turning off.

- Timed Switch Machine: Set specific times for the phone to power on and off automatically.
- Print: Connect to a printer to print images and files.
- About Phone: View information such as system updates, status, legal information, phone model, version number, and processor details.
6. Maintenance
- Keep the phone dry. This phone is not waterproof.
- Clean the phone and battery wiring port with a soft, clean cloth if contact issues arise.
- Avoid extreme temperatures. Charge the phone in an environment between 0℃ and 45℃.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the phone yourself. Contact authorized service personnel for any repairs.
- Regularly back up important data to prevent loss.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with your phone, please perform the following simple checks before contacting customer support:
7.1 Unable to Start the Phone
- Ensure you press and hold the [Power Key] for at least 1 second.
- Check if the battery is properly seated. Remove and re-install it, then try to start again.
- Verify that the battery is not completely drained. Charge the phone.
7.2 Phone Displays a Message on Startup
- Phone Lock Password: If automatic lock is enabled, enter your phone lock password.
- PIN Code: If PIN lock is enabled, enter your PIN code.
- PUK Code: If the SIM card is locked after three incorrect PIN attempts, enter the PUK code provided by your operator.
7.3 SIM Card Error
- Clean the metal contacts of the SIM card with a clean cloth.
- Ensure the SIM card is installed correctly according to the manual.
- If the SIM card is damaged, contact your network service provider.
7.4 Unable to Connect to Network
- Move to an area with a stronger signal.
- You may be outside your network service provider's coverage area.
- Ensure your SIM card is valid.
7.5 Cannot Make Calls
- Confirm you pressed the dial button after entering the number.
- Check if calls are prohibited due to overdue charges.
- Verify your SIM card is valid.
- Ensure call limit or fixed dial functions are not set.
7.6 Poor Call Quality
- Adjust the volume settings.
- Poor reception areas (e.g., near tall buildings, basements) can affect call quality.
- During peak hours, network congestion may lead to poor call quality.
7.7 Contact Cannot Hear You
- Ensure the microphone is turned on.
- Keep the microphone at the bottom of the phone close to your mouth.
7.8 Short Standby Time
- Standby time is affected by network settings and reception quality. In poor signal areas, the phone continuously searches for base stations, consuming more battery. Move to a strong signal area or temporarily turn off the phone.
- Consider replacing the battery if it's old or degraded.
7.9 Unable to Charge
- Check for poor contact and ensure the plug is well connected.
- Clean the wiring port of the phone and battery with a soft, clean cloth.
- Ensure the charging environment is between 0℃ and 45℃.
- If the battery or charger is damaged, they need replacement.
