1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Alonefire X74 Mini LED Flashlight. This compact and powerful flashlight is designed for versatility, featuring a super bright XPL LED, USB Type-C recharging, a magnetic tail, and multiple lighting modes. It is suitable for a wide range of activities including outdoor travel, camping, hiking, work, and emergency situations. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your device.

2. Safety Information

  • Do not shine the flashlight directly into eyes, as the powerful beam can cause temporary vision impairment.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not disassemble the flashlight or attempt to modify its internal components.
  • Use only the specified battery type (18500A) and charging method (Type-C USB).
  • Avoid exposing the flashlight to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure the battery insulation film is removed before first use.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

  1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
  2. Locate the included 18500A battery.
  3. Important: For first-time use, carefully remove the transparent insulation film from the battery.
  4. Insert the battery into the flashlight with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
  5. Screw the tail cap back on securely.

5.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the flashlight.

  1. Locate the Type-C USB charging port on the flashlight.
  2. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the flashlight and to a compatible 5V USB power source (e.g., power bank, wall charger, laptop, car charger).
  3. The indicator light on the flashlight will turn red during charging.
  4. Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn green.
  5. Disconnect the charging cable when charging is complete.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The Alonefire X74 features a single button for all operations:

  • Click (Single Press): Turns the flashlight ON. Subsequent single clicks cycle through the regular brightness modes: Weak Light → Medium Light → Strong Light.
  • Double Click: Activates the Super Bright mode directly from any state (ON or OFF).
  • Long Press: Activates the Flashing mode.
  • Power Off: From any regular light mode (Weak, Medium, Strong), a single click will turn the flashlight OFF. From Super Bright or Flashing mode, a single click will return to the previously used regular mode, and another single click will turn it OFF.

6.2 Magnetic Tail Feature

The flashlight is equipped with a strong magnet in its tail cap, allowing it to be securely attached to any iron surface. This is ideal for hands-free operation during tasks like auto repair or working in dark spaces.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage. Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
  • Charging Port: Keep the USB Type-C port free from dust and debris.
  • Water Resistance: The flashlight is waterproof, but avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure all caps are tightly sealed before exposure to water.
