5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your MoKo RGB Backlight Keyboard:
- Connect Xbox Console: Ensure your Xbox console is connected to your display equipment (e.g., TV, monitor).
- Connect Controller: Connect your Xbox controller to the console.
- Attach Keyboard: Open the silicone cover on the keyboard and align the keyboard's connector with the expansion port on your Xbox controller. Gently push to attach the keyboard securely.
- Insert 2.4G Receiver: Locate an available USB port on your Xbox console and insert the included 2.4G USB receiver.
- Power On Keyboard: Press the "Xbox" key on the keyboard to turn on its backlight.
- Pairing: Press and hold the pairing key on the keyboard for approximately 15 seconds. The blue indicator light will glitter during pairing and turn off once successfully paired.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
The keyboard is powered directly by the Xbox controller. To activate the keyboard and its backlight, press the "Xbox" key on the keyboard.
6.2 Backlight Modes
The keyboard features three distinct RGB backlight modes. Use the following key combinations to switch between modes and customize colors:
- Rainbow Breathing Mode: Press Shift + Q
- Trichrome Mode: Press Shift + W
- Monochrome Mode (Random Light): Press Shift + Q then Shift + E
- Monochrome Mode (Specific Light): Press Shift + W then Shift + E
- Specific Monochrome Colors:
- Orange: Shift + R
- Green: Shift + T
- Pink Purple: Shift + Y
- Turn On/Off Backlight: Press Shift + Space
The keyboard has a memory function and will retain the previously selected backlight mode upon next power-on.
6.3 Auto Power-Saving
If there is no operation on the keyboard for 10 seconds, the backlight will automatically turn off to conserve power.
6.4 Typing and Chatting
Use the 47-key QWERTY layout to easily type messages, search, or enter codes during gameplay. The soft silicone keys provide a comfortable typing experience.
6.5 Audio Jack Usage
Connect your 3.5mm headphones, earphones, or headset to the audio jack port on the keyboard to enjoy game audio and chat functionality.
7. Maintenance
- Keep the keyboard clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Keyboard Not Pairing
- Ensure the keyboard is securely attached to the controller.
- Verify the 2.4G USB receiver is properly inserted into the Xbox console.
- During pairing, ensure the keyboard and console are within 0.5 meters (approximately 1.6 feet) of each other.
- Press and hold the pairing key on the keyboard for about 15 seconds until the blue indicator light glitters, then wait for it to turn off, indicating successful pairing.
8.2 Backlight Not Working
- Press the "Xbox" key on the keyboard to ensure it is powered on and the backlight is activated.
- Check if the keyboard has been inactive for more than 10 seconds, as the backlight automatically turns off for power-saving. Press any key to reactivate it.
- Ensure the controller itself has sufficient power.
8.3 Connection Issues / Lag
- Ensure the 2.4G receiver is not obstructed and is within the 8-10 meter valid range from the keyboard.
- Try re-inserting the 2.4G receiver into a different USB port on the console.
- Ensure there are no strong wireless interferences nearby.
