6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ATTACK SHARK X2 mouse, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the mouse. For stubborn smudges on the transparent shell, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
- Avoid Liquids: Do not immerse the mouse in water or expose it to excessive moisture. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the mouse in a cool, dry place. Ensure the 2.4G receiver is stored securely in its designated slot on the mouse.
- Battery Care: Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator suggests low power.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not connecting in 2.4Ghz Wireless mode:
- Ensure the mode switch on the back of the mouse is set to '2.4G'.

- Ensure the mode switch is set to 'OFF'.
- Check that the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the mouse and your device.
- Try using a different USB port or cable. - DPI settings are not changing:
- Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI button (refer to Figure 1).
- If the issue persists, try restarting the mouse by switching it off and on. - Battery life seems short:
