7. Maintenance
7.1 Cooling Fan
The intelligent cooling fan automatically activates when the internal temperature exceeds 50°C to ensure stable operation and prolong the product's lifespan. Regularly check that the rear and side cooling holes are not obstructed to allow for proper airflow.
7.2 Fuse Replacement
The fuse box is located on the rear panel and contains the main fuse. An internal spare fuse is also provided for AC overload protection. If the unit fails to power on, check and replace the fuse if necessary. Use only fuses of the specified rating (5A).
7.3 Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the power supply with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the unit is powered off and disconnected from the mains before cleaning.
8. Troubleshooting
- OCP/OVP Alarm Triggered: If the OCP or OVP alarm sounds and the output is disconnected, it indicates that the output current or voltage has exceeded the set limit. Press the respective OCP or OVP button briefly to cancel the alarm. Check your load and settings before re-enabling output.
- No Output: Ensure the OUTPUT switch is pressed (illuminated) to enable output. Verify that the power supply is turned on and connected to a working power outlet. Check all wiring connections to the load.
- Incorrect Voltage/Current Display: If the display shows unexpected values, re-adjust the voltage and current using the coarse and fine adjustment knobs. Ensure the knobs are not stuck or damaged.
- Overheating: If the unit feels excessively hot, check that the intelligent cooling fan is operating and that all ventilation holes (rear and sides) are clear of obstructions. Reduce the load if necessary.
