Introduction
The OBDeleven NextGen Device is a smart diagnostic tool designed to help you understand and improve your vehicle. It offers a range of features including full system diagnostics, one-click applications for various vehicle functions, code reading, live data monitoring, and more.
Important Usage Instructions
- Do not disassemble the device! Any changes or modifications will void the warranty and the user's ability to operate the equipment.
- All wireless data transferring devices that produce interference may affect other devices that are placed nearby.
- Do not use OBDeleven if it distracts the driver or causes any discomfort due to the OBD2 port's placement. The device must not interfere when driving the vehicle or the driver's ability to do so.
- Please consult representatives of your vehicle's manufacturer regarding the location of the OBD2 port on your car.
- The device can be affected by water and humidity.
Attention!
- The device uses SELV limited power source. The nominal voltage is 12 V DC. The allowed range of the voltage varies between 9 V and 16 V DC.
Quick Start & Setup
1. Download the OBDeleven Application
The official and licensed full-featured software is constantly updated with new features. The minimum software version needed is iOS 11 and above, and Android 5.0 and above. Download the application from App Store, Google Play, or AppGallery.

2. Plug the Device into the OBD2 Port
Locate your vehicle's OBD2 port. It is usually located under the dashboard, on the left side beneath the steering wheel column, or behind a latch or a cover somewhere around the dashboard.

3. Turn on Car Ignition
Turn on the ignition or start the engine. Make sure the LED lights on the OBDeleven device are on, indicating that it is receiving power.
4. Create an Account and Connect
Create an account using your Email, Facebook, or Apple ID. Then, open the OBDeleven application, press the 'Connect' button, choose your OBDeleven 2 device from the list, and create a six-digit PIN for the device. The default PIN code is 123456.

5. Add Credits and/or a Plan to Your Account
If you have purchased a PRO/ULTIMATE plan or Credits, redeem your digital content code that you received in your email in the Dashboard on app.obdeleven.com. A tutorial on how to redeem your plan or purchased credits can be found at: obdeleven.com/video-tutorial

Operating Instructions
Key Features
- Diagnostics: Fully access all control units. Check detailed information about devices controlling vehicle systems (Part number, Software number, Coding, etc.).
- One-Click Applications: Unlock new features easily. Adjust vehicle comfort features, activate functions after retrofits, or perform service with a single click. Examples include oil service reset, brake pad replacement, adjusting car lights (Daytime running lights, Cornering lights), controlling comfort system settings (Comfort window close/open), activating functions after retrofits (LED license plate lights), and activating cool visual features (Needle sweep). Note: All apps cost Credits, even with the PRO version.
- Code Reader: Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes. Scan control units (Engine, Transmission, ABS, Airbag, Multimedia, Air conditioning) and get detailed information. Clear passive and check active faults.
- Share Data: Share diagnostic data logs via email. Send diagnostic reports of necessary and optional repairs to your technician or friends.
- Gauges: Check various vehicle parameters such as battery voltage, acceleration position, etc. Access engine, equipment, and fault code lookups for definitions of diagnostic trouble codes.

Supported Vehicles
The OBDeleven NextGen Device supports Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Lamborghini, Bentley, and BMW. More vehicle brands are coming soon. To check if your specific vehicle model is supported, download the OBDeleven application and search for your car model within the app.

Upgrading to Pro Version
The device is not a Pro version by default but can be updated. To upgrade to the Pro version, purchase a Pro code and follow these steps:
- Go to the website: https://app.obdeleven.com/login
- Sign in with your OBDeleven app credentials (if you don't have an account, sign up first).
- Enter the activation code to update to the Pro version.
PRO license and ultimate license and credits are not included in the standard parcel.

Maintenance
The OBDeleven NextGen Device requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to water and humidity. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself, as this will void the warranty.

Warranty & Support
Warranty Information
Voltas IT guarantees that its products are free of any manufacturing defects for 24 months. If a product fails within this specific warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced with a new product.
The warranty does not apply if the product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller, if instructions were not followed, or if damage resulted from abuse, accident, modification, or other causes beyond reasonable control. Any replacement product will have a warranty equivalent to the remaining original warranty period or 90 calendar days, whichever is longer.

It is the user's responsibility to safely package the device and hardware for return, including providing required information to verify your account.
The user is responsible for any shipping and handling charges, customs duties, VAT, or other associated taxes/charges when returning hardware.
Hardware for which Voltas IT cannot reproduce the claimed issue or verify purchase will be rejected.

User Tips
- Compatibility Check: Before purchasing or using, download the OBDeleven app and check if your specific car model is supported. While it supports many VW Group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Lamborghini, Bentley) and BMW, compatibility can vary by model year and specific features.
- Pro Version Activation: If you purchased a device with a Pro code, remember to activate it on app.obdeleven.com using your app credentials. The Pro license and credits are typically separate purchases from the device itself.
- Airbag Faults: The device is capable of reading and clearing diagnostic trouble codes, which may include airbag faults, depending on the vehicle's control unit.
- SFD Unlock: For VW Group vehicles with SFD (Schutz Fahrzeug Diagnose) protection, specific functionalities might require SFD unlock, which may be a separate service or feature within the Pro version.
