5. Setup

5.1. Bracket Assembly

  1. Attach the clamp base to a sturdy table or workbench.
  2. Insert the folding bracket into the base and secure it.
  3. Attach the tripod head to the end of the folding bracket.
  4. Mount the microscope camera onto the tripod head.
  5. Adjust the bracket arms to achieve the desired height and angle for observation. The bracket offers multi-directional adjustment with 360° swivel, 200° swivel, and 150° folding capabilities.

5.2. Lens Installation

  1. Carefully screw the 1X-150X C-mount lens onto the camera's lens connection port.
  2. Ensure it is securely fastened but do not overtighten.

5.3. Ring Light Attachment

  1. Slide the adjustable ring light onto the lens, ensuring it fits snugly.
  2. Connect the ring light's power cable to a suitable power source.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Powering On

Connect the camera to the power adapter using the provided cable. The power LED indicator will light up.

6.2. Connecting to a Computer (Type-C)

  1. Install the ImageView software on your computer.
  2. Connect the microscope camera to your computer using the Type-C cable.
  3. The ImageView software allows you to capture pictures and videos, save them on your PC, and utilize measurement tools such as point spacing, parallel lines, vertical lines, line spacing, angle, circle, radius, radian, rectangle, ellipse, concentric circles, and center distance.

6.3. Connecting to a Display (HDMI)

  1. Connect the microscope camera to an HDMI-compatible display (monitor, TV, projector) using the HDMI cable.
  2. The display will show the live feed from the microscope.
  3. You can capture pictures (up to 60MP) and videos (4K 30fps / 1080P 60fps MOV) and save them directly to a TF card inserted into the camera's Micro SD slot.

  • No Image on Display/PC:
    • Check all cable connections (power, HDMI, Type-C) to ensure they are secure.
    • Verify the power adapter is correctly plugged in and the camera's power LED is on.
    • If using HDMI, ensure the display input is set to the correct HDMI port.
    • If using Type-C, ensure the ImageView software is running and the camera is selected as the input device.
  • Blurry Image:
    • Adjust the focus ring on the lens.
    • Ensure the working distance (distance between lens and object) is within the specified range (50mm-1000mm).
    • Clean the lens if there are smudges or dust.
  • Remote Control Not Responding:
    • Check if batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient charge (CR2025).
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the camera's IR receiver.
  • Image Too Dark/Bright:
    • Adjust the brightness of the ring light using its control knob.
    • Use the AE button on the camera or remote to adjust exposure settings.
    • Adjust white balance settings if colors appear off.
