3. Operating Instructions
Powering On and Speed Adjustment
- After securely attaching an accessory, plug the tool into a 230V 50Hz power outlet.
- Turn the tool ON using the power switch.
- Adjust the speed using the 6-gear variable speed dial. The speed ranges from 10,000 to 32,000 revolutions per minute (rpm). Select a speed appropriate for your material and accessory. Lower speeds are generally for polishing and delicate work, while higher speeds are for cutting and grinding.

General Operation Tips
- Hold the tool firmly but comfortably. Its ergonomic design and lightweight (approx. 0.7kg) allow for precision work.
- Apply light pressure. Let the tool and accessory do the work. Excessive pressure can cause the tool to bog down, overheat, or damage the workpiece.
- Keep the tool moving to prevent burning or gouging the material.
- Always wear appropriate safety gear, including eye protection, gloves, and a dust mask, especially when working with materials that produce dust or debris.

4. Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
- Always unplug the tool before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the tool's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the heat dissipation windows are clear of dust and debris to maintain optimal cooling.
- Store the tool and its accessories in the provided case in a dry, safe place, away from children.

Carbon Brush Replacement
The tool is equipped with carbon brushes, which are wear-and-tear components. If the tool experiences reduced power or intermittent operation, the carbon brushes may need replacement. Refer to the 'Carbon Brush Cover' in Figure 2 for location. Consult a qualified technician or the manufacturer for replacement instructions if you are unsure.
5. Troubleshooting
- Tool does not turn ON: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. If the issue persists, the carbon brushes might be worn out.
- Accessory wobbles or falls out: Ensure the collet nut is tightened securely and the accessory shank matches the collet size (1.6mm, 2.3mm, or 3.2mm).
- Tool loses power or overheats: Reduce pressure on the workpiece. Ensure the heat dissipation windows are not blocked. Allow the tool to cool down. If the problem continues, check for worn carbon brushes.
- Excessive vibration: Ensure the accessory is properly seated and balanced. Replace any bent or damaged accessories.
