8. Troubleshooting

  • Light not responding to remote: Ensure the remote is linked correctly. Check battery in remote. Verify controller has power. Ensure controller is within 30m range of the remote or another linked light.
  • Incorrect light output/color: Verify the output mode is correctly set on the controller for your specific LED strip type (Single Color, Dual White, RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT).
  • App/Voice control not working: Confirm that a 2.4GHz gateway is installed and properly configured. Check network connection for the gateway.
  • Lights not synchronizing: Ensure all lights are linked to the same remote and are within 30m of each other for dynamic mode synchronization.
  • Dimming issues: Check wiring of the PUSH switch if used. Ensure the controller is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode if unexpected behavior occurs.
  • Linking/Unlinking failure: Ensure the power cycle and button press timings are precise as described in the instructions.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal performance and stability, ensure all wiring connections are secure and properly insulated.
  • When using multiple controllers in close proximity, consider using different linking groups to avoid interference.
  • If experiencing issues with app or voice control, try restarting the 2.4GHz gateway and the controller.

10. Maintenance

  • Keep the controller in a dry environment, away from moisture and extreme temperatures (-10~40°C).
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the controller to prevent overheating.
