8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your M52 headset, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Headset does not power on: Ensure the headset is charged. Place it in the charging case or connect it directly via Type-C cable to charge.
  • Headset does not pair with device:
    1. Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing red and blue).
    2. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
    3. Restart both the headset and your device.
    4. Ensure the headset is not already connected to another device.
  • No sound or low volume:
    1. Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device.
    2. Ensure the headset is properly connected to your device.
    3. Try playing different audio sources.
  • Call quality is poor / Noise during calls:
    1. Ensure the headset is within the Bluetooth range of your device.
    2. Minimize environmental noise if possible.
    3. The M52 features ENC Dual-Mic Noise Reduction, which helps reduce ambient noise during calls, including wind. Ensure both microphones are clear of obstructions.
  • Mute button not working: Ensure you are in an active call when attempting to use the mute function.
