  • The yellow line B+ keeps the power on and the machine has a memory function.
  • 8 speaker cables: Each cable cannot be grounded, shared, or touch other lines. Otherwise, there will be no sound output, sound distortion, or machine overheating.

3.3. Reversing Camera Installation

If you are installing an optional reversing camera, follow these instructions:

  3. Camera Wiring:
    • The red socket on the camera connects to the camera's power cable.
    • The yellow cable from the camera connects to the video cable.
    • The red wire of the camera's power cable and the video cable's red wire should be screwed together and connected to the positive pole of the reverse lamp.
    • The black wire of the camera's power cable is typically not used.
    • The other end of the video cable connects to the "CAMIN" video input interface on the back of the unit.
    • The red line coming out of the video line connects to the "REVERSE" control line of the power line.
  4. Test Camera: If the camera is properly wired but the lamp does not light up, the camera may be faulty and needs replacement.

Caution: If the camera is not installed, do not connect the REVERSE/BACK cable to any place. Otherwise, the machine will automatically enter reverse mode, which may cause the machine to fail.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BQCC F7010C car MP5 player, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface.
  • Temperature: Operate the unit within the recommended temperature range of -10~60℃. Extreme temperatures can affect performance and lifespan.
  • Moisture: Keep the unit dry. Exposure to moisture can cause internal damage.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check for any available software updates from the manufacturer to ensure the best performance and compatibility.

6. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your BQCC F7010C car MP5 player. If a problem persists after following these steps, please contact customer support.

6.1. Cannot Boot Normally

  1. Wiring Check: Ensure the "Yellow" (B+), "Red" (ACC), and "Black" (GND) wires are correctly connected. Yellow to always live 12V, Red to 12V after key is turned on, Black to ground. Incorrect or loose connections will prevent booting.
  2. Fuse Check: If wiring is correct, check the fuse on the yellow line. Replace if broken. If the fuse is fine, twist the yellow and red wires together, turn the key, and press the unit's power button to test.
  3. Protection Circuit: If the fuse repeatedly burns out, it indicates a short circuit in the unit's protection circuit. This requires professional repair.
  4. Test with External Power: Connect the "Yellow" and "Red" wires to a 12V positive power source and "Black" to negative. If it boots, the issue is with your car's wiring. If not, the unit is faulty.

6.2. Automatic Shut-down

  1. Incorrect Cable Connection: If the blue "ANT" (automatic antenna power supply) cable is connected to the unit's power cable, it will cause automatic shutdown. Correct the wiring.
  2. Unstable Voltage: Ensure a stable 12V-5A power supply. If the unit still shuts down automatically after testing with a stable power source, the unit may be faulty.

6.3. Audio Issues (Noise / No Sound)

  1. Noise:
    • If the original speaker power is too low, noise may occur at high volumes. Avoid excessively high volumes.
    • If the speaker cable is grounded, connect the iron speaker cable directly to the unit's speaker cable.
  2. No Sound After Installation:
    • Check for short circuits or incorrect connections in speaker cables. Reconnect if necessary.
    • Verify the number of speaker cables. If your car has only 2 speaker cables and the unit requires 4, you may need to re-route your car's speaker lines.
  3. No Sound After A While: Disconnect all speaker cables from the unit (do not remove them). Connect an external speaker to the gray and purple wires of the tail line. If there is sound, your car's speaker line is short-circuited or the speaker is damaged. If no sound, the unit is faulty.
  4. Volume Knob: If the volume knob is broken, it can be replaced.

6.4. Remote Control Not Working

Test the remote control by pointing it at a mobile phone camera and pressing a button. If the phone camera shows a light, the remote control has power. If not, replace the CR2025 3V battery.

6.5. Settings Not Saved (No Memory)

  1. The yellow and red lines are connected together (should be separate: yellow to positive, red to key control).
  2. Yellow and red wires are reversed (simply swap their positions).

6.6. Bluetooth Not Functioning

Ensure the unit is on, search for its Bluetooth name (SWL-BT) on your mobile phone, and connect. If issues persist, check mobile phone Bluetooth settings.

6.7. Product Emits Smoke

Replace the FUSE. If the problem persists, the internal circuit is burned. After-sales service is required.

6.8. Reversing Camera Not Displaying

Check for wrong or missing wiring. Refer to section 3.3 for correct installation.

6.9. USB Devices Cannot Be Played

Format the USB flash disk to FAT32. Re-download songs and try again. If it still doesn't work, replace the USB drive.

6.10. FM Does Not Receive Radio Stations

  1. Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted and not disconnected.
  2. Try automatic station search using the "AS" button or manual tuning.
  3. If issues persist, unplug the antenna plug and insert a screwdriver or metal strip into the antenna port as a temporary antenna to test reception.

6.11. Restore to Factory Settings

If CarPlay, Android Auto, or Mirrorlink connections are abnormal, you can restore factory settings: Go to "Basic Settings" -> "Restore Factory" -> Select "YES". If a reset button is available on the panel, pressing it will also restore factory settings.

7. Warranty & Support

BQCC offers a 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period in their original packaging if possible. You must inform us what the defect is and give us your order number. We do not repair items with an expired warranty.

For further assistance or to report a warranty claim, please contact BQCC customer support with your order details.

8. User Tips

  • When testing the car radio, ensure the red and yellow wires are combined and connected to the positive side of the power supply, and the black line to the negative.
  • Always use the original phone USB cable for Mirror-Link functionality, as it is very strict with data cable compatibility.
  • If the reversing camera shows "No Signal", double-check that the camera line is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port on the car radio.
  • To avoid the "Can not watch video while driving" warning, turn off the "Warning" function in the settings.
  • For better FM reception, ensure the radio antenna is fully inserted. If reception is still poor, try inserting a metal strip into the antenna port as a temporary antenna.
