Assembly and Setup
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure both connections are tight and secure.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer unit. Ensure the water source is turned off before connecting.
- Water Source Recommendation: For optimal performance and to avoid low pressure, it is recommended that the water supply comes directly from the street main, rather than a water tank. Water from the street typically provides greater flow, ensuring the washer operates at maximum efficiency. If the flow from a water tank is too low, the washer may not function correctly.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded 220V electrical outlet. Ensure your power supply matches the unit's voltage.
- Check Connections: Double-check all water and power connections to ensure they are firmly fixed and there are no leaks.

Operating Instructions
- Turn on Water Supply: Fully open the water tap to ensure a steady flow of water to the pressure washer.
- Purge Air from System: Before turning on the power, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges from the nozzle.
- Start the Pressure Washer: Turn the ON/OFF switch on the unit to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
- Begin Cleaning: Direct the spray gun nozzle towards the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to activate the high-pressure jet. Adjust the distance and angle for desired cleaning effect.
- Detergent Application (Optional): If using detergent, fill the detergent bottle (shown in package contents) with appropriate pressure washer detergent. Attach the detergent bottle/nozzle to the spray gun as per its design. The pressure washer will draw detergent and mix it with the water.
- Automatic Shutdown: The Lavor Fast 120 features an automatic shutdown system. When the spray gun trigger is released, the motor will stop, conserving energy and extending the life of the pump. The motor will restart automatically when the trigger is squeezed again.
- Finish Cleaning: Once cleaning is complete, release the spray gun trigger.
- Turn Off Unit: Switch the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn Off Water Supply: Close the water tap.
- Relieve Pressure: Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect: Unplug the power cord and disconnect all hoses.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, rinse the detergent bottle and nozzle thoroughly with clean water. Wipe down the exterior of the pressure washer unit with a damp cloth.
- Hose and Nozzle Care: Inspect the high-pressure hose and nozzle for any blockages or damage. Clear any debris from the nozzle.
- Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment. Drain all water from the pump and hoses before storing to prevent damage from freezing. Coil the high-pressure hose neatly.
- Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not start | No power supply; Incorrect voltage; ON/OFF switch off | Check power cord connection; Ensure 220V supply; Turn ON/OFF switch to 'ON' |
| Low or no pressure | Insufficient water supply; Air in pump; Clogged nozzle; Loose connections | Ensure water tap is fully open and water source is adequate (preferably street main); Purge air from system (see Operating Instructions); Clean nozzle; Tighten all hose connections |
| Water leaks from connections | Loose connections; Damaged O-rings/seals | Tighten connections; Inspect and replace O-rings/seals if damaged |
| Motor runs but no water flow | Water supply off; Inlet filter clogged; Air in pump | Turn on water supply; Clean inlet filter; Purge air from system |
User Tips
- Optimal Water Source: For the best performance and to prevent low pressure issues, always connect your pressure washer to a direct water supply from the street main. Water from a tank may not provide sufficient flow, potentially causing the washer to operate inefficiently or not at all.
- Secure Connections: Before each use, ensure all quick couplings and hose connections are very well fixed and tightened to prevent leaks and maintain consistent pressure.
- Pre-Soak Surfaces: For heavily soiled areas, consider pre-soaking the surface with detergent or plain water before applying high pressure. This can help loosen dirt and improve cleaning efficiency.
- Test in an Inconspicuous Area: Always test the pressure washer on a small, hidden area of the surface you intend to clean to ensure it does not cause damage or discoloration.
