8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SK26 earphones, try the following solutions:

Table 8.1: Common Issues and Solutions
ProblemSolution
Earphones not connecting to deviceDelete the existing "SK26" connection record from your device's Bluetooth settings. Then, re-enable Bluetooth on your device and attempt to pair again following the steps in Section 4.3.
One earbud has no sound, the other is normalPlace both earbuds back into the charging case. Close the case, wait a few seconds, then open it again and reconnect to your mobile phone. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (see below).
Connection is unstable or cuts out intermittentlyEnsure there are no physical obstructions between the earphones and your Bluetooth device. Check for and minimize potential radio or Wi-Fi interference nearby. Reset your earbuds (see below).
Earbuds not charging in the caseClean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case with a dry cotton swab. Ensure the charging case itself has sufficient battery.

8.1 Factory Reset

If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, you can perform a factory reset:

  • Ensure the earbuds are not connected to any device.
  • Five-click the touch function key on either earbud. This will clear the pairing record.
  • After resetting, place the earbuds back in the case, then remove them and attempt to pair again.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal sound quality and stable connection, ensure your device is within 10 meters of the earbuds with no major obstructions.
  • If experiencing any audio glitches, a quick reset by placing the earbuds back in the case and then taking them out often resolves the issue.
  • Keep the charging contacts clean to prevent charging interruptions.
  • The compact size makes these earbuds ideal for discreet use in various environments, including work or study.
