Smart Dual Light Modes (Night Vision)
The camera features advanced night vision with three modes:
- Ordinary Mode: IR LEDs turn on at night to provide clear black and white night vision images.
- Color Mode: White LEDs turn on throughout the night to provide full-color night vision images.
- Intelligent Mode: In low light, the camera uses IR LEDs for black and white vision. When an alarm is triggered (e.g., humanoid detection), the white LEDs activate, switching to color night vision and illuminating the area.

Troubleshooting
- Q: Camera cannot connect to WiFi.
- A: Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Check that the WiFi password entered in the app is correct. Try restarting both the camera and your router. If issues persist, try AP mode for initial setup or a wired Ethernet connection if available.
- Q: No image or black screen in the app.
- A: Check if the camera is powered on and connected to the network. Verify your internet connection. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. If the issue is at night, check the night vision settings (Ordinary, Color, Intelligent).
- Q: Motion detection is not working or generating too many false alarms.
- A: Ensure AI Humanoid Detection is enabled in the app settings. Adjust the detection sensitivity. For false alarms, refine the detection zones (privacy shelter zones can also be used to exclude areas). Ensure the camera lens is clean.
- Q: Two-way audio is not clear or not working.
- A: Check your phone's volume and the camera's speaker volume settings in the app. Ensure there is no obstruction to the microphone or speaker on the camera. Reduce background noise in the environment. Ensure a stable network connection for optimal audio quality.
- Q: SD card not recording or not recognized.
- A: Ensure the Micro SD card is inserted correctly. Format the SD card through the camera's settings in the app. Use a high-quality Micro SD card (Class 10 or higher) up to 128GB. If the issue persists, try a different SD card.
- Q: Camera is offline frequently.
- A: Check the stability of your WiFi network. The camera might be too far from the router or experiencing interference. Consider moving the router closer, using a WiFi extender, or connecting via Ethernet if possible.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Check the mobile application periodically for firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
- Power Supply: Use only the provided power adapter or a compatible replacement with the correct voltage (DC12V2A).
- Environmental Conditions: While the camera is IP66 waterproof, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures outside its operating range (-20°C to +50°C) or direct, prolonged water submersion.
- Data Backup: If using an SD card, regularly back up important recordings to another storage device or utilize the cloud storage feature.
User Tips
- Optimal Placement: For best auto-tracking performance, place the camera where the primary area of interest is within its pan/tilt range and not too far from the camera.
- Customize Alarm Voice: Utilize the DIY alarm voice feature to record a personalized warning message, which can be more effective than generic alarms.
- Intelligent Night Vision: For a balance of stealth and deterrence, configure the camera to Intelligent Night Vision mode. This keeps IR LEDs on normally and switches to bright white LEDs only when motion is detected.
- Secure Your Network: Always use a strong, unique password for your WiFi network and camera access to prevent unauthorized access.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check the live feed and recorded footage to ensure the camera is functioning as expected and capturing the desired areas.
