6. Operation
6.1 LCD Settings
The inverter features an LCD display for monitoring and configuring various parameters. Use the buttons on the front panel to navigate through menus and adjust settings such as:
- Input voltage range (for home appliances or personal computers).
- Battery charging current.
- AC/Solar charger priority.
6.2 Priority Modes
The inverter supports different power source priority settings to optimize energy usage:
- Solar Priority: Solar power is used first, then battery, then utility/generator.
- Utility Priority: Utility/generator power is used first, then solar, then battery.
- Only Solar: The system operates solely on solar power and battery.

Visual guide to selecting power priority modes for your inverter.
6.3 Special Functions
- Cold Start Function: Allows the inverter to start up directly from the battery without AC input.
- Auto Restart: The inverter will automatically restart when AC power is restored after an outage.
7. Maintenance
- Keep the inverter clean and free from dust. Use a dry cloth for cleaning.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the unit to prevent overheating. Regularly check that ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Periodically inspect all wiring connections for tightness and corrosion.
- Check battery terminals for corrosion and clean if necessary.
- Do not attempt to service the inverter yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
8. Troubleshooting
The inverter is equipped with protection features to ensure safe operation. If you encounter issues, consider the following:
- Overload Protection: If the load connected to the inverter exceeds its rated capacity, the inverter will shut down. Reduce the load and restart the unit.
- Over Temperature Protection: If the internal temperature of the inverter becomes too high, it will shut down. Ensure proper ventilation and allow the unit to cool before restarting.
- Short Circuit Protection: In case of a short circuit at the output, the inverter will protect itself by shutting down. Identify and resolve the short circuit before restarting.
- No Output Voltage: Check all input connections (solar, AC, battery) and ensure they are secure and providing power. Verify battery voltage is within operating range.
- Charging Issues: Ensure solar panels are receiving adequate sunlight and are correctly connected. Check AC input if using utility/generator charging. Verify battery type settings on the LCD.
