  • Log in to the router management interface (192.168.1.1).
  • Navigate to "Advanced Settings" -> "WLAN Settings" -> "WLAN Basic Settings".
  • Ensure the WLAN function is enabled.
  • If you don't have a computer, perform a factory reset (see Section 7.3).

8.2. Slow Internet Speed

  • Signal Strength: Move the router to a location with better 4G signal reception, such as near a window. Restart the router after relocation.
  • Obstructions: Reduce the distance between your device and the router, and minimize physical obstructions (walls, furniture).
  • Network Congestion: Check if other users connected to the router are performing high-bandwidth activities (e.g., large downloads, streaming).
  • SIM Card Provider: If the 4G signal in your location is weak or the network is congested, consult your SIM card provider for details on network coverage and performance.
  • Interference: Ensure the router is not near strong magnetic or electric field interference sources (e.g., microwaves, refrigerators).

8.3. Device Not Reading SIM Card

  • Ensure the router is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card. The device does not support SIM card hot-swapping.
  • Verify the SIM card is correctly inserted and clicked into place.
  • Check if the SIM card is active and has a valid data plan.

8.4. Router Stopped Working

  • If the router stops functioning, first try restarting it by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (see Section 7.3).
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and providing power.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal performance, place the router in a central location in your home or office, away from obstructions and potential interference sources.
  • Always power off the router before handling the SIM card to prevent damage or issues with detection.
  • Regularly check for firmware updates via the device management page to ensure you have the latest features and security patches.
  • If you are in a region like Colombia, Peru, or the Dominican Republic, verify local regulations regarding device homologation and SIM card compatibility with your network provider before purchase and use.
  • If the LED lights are too bright at night, check the router's web management interface for any settings to adjust LED brightness or turn them off.
