3. Setup and Connection
The VXE Dragonfly R1 Series mice support three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth.
3.1. Wired Connection
- Connect the provided Type-C charging/data umbrella cord to the mouse and your computer's USB port.
- The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging. This mode also allows for quick charging during play.
3.2. 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4G wireless receiver. For R1SE/R1/R1 Pro/R1 Pro Max models, the receiver is stored in a dedicated compartment on the underside of the mouse.
- Plug the 2.4G wireless receiver into an available USB port on your computer. For R1 Pro and R1 Pro Max models, you can use the receiver extender for optimal signal placement.
- Turn on the mouse using the switch on the bottom. The mouse should automatically connect.
3.3. Bluetooth Connection
This mode is available for R1 Pro and R1 Pro Max models.
- Switch the mouse to Bluetooth mode.
- Long press the left key on the mouse to enter pairing mode.
- On your computer or device, search for Bluetooth devices and select the VXE Dragonfly mouse to pair.
3.4. Driver/Software Installation (VHUB-Station Management)
To unlock full customization options, including adjustable DPI, polling rate, key macros, and programming, download and install the VHUB-Station Management software. This software supports Windows 10 and above systems.

- Install the software and connect your mouse to configure settings.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. DPI Adjustment
The mouse features a dedicated DPI button or can be configured via the VHUB software. The sensor supports a wide range of DPI settings:
- PAW3395 Sensor: 100 - 26000 DPI
- PAW3395 SE Sensor: 100 - 18000 DPI
Default DPI settings (Drive-free gear) are often pre-set to common values like 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 DPI, indicated by LED colors (e.g., Red, Green, Blue, Purple).
4.2. Polling Rate
The mouse supports high polling rates for smooth and responsive tracking. Standard polling rates are typically 1000Hz, with optional 2K and 4K polling rates available with separately purchased receivers (for compatible models).
4.3. Customization
Utilize the VHUB-Station Management software to:
- Adjust DPI sensitivity levels.
- Configure polling rates.
- Program custom macros for buttons.
- Save different profiles for various games or applications.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
