3.3 Cable Connections
The connection method varies depending on the welding process. Refer to the diagrams below for correct setup.

Figure 5: Welder Cable Connections for various modes.
- MIG Gas (GMAW): Connect the ground clamp to the '+' terminal and the MIG torch to the '-' terminal. Connect the gas hose to the 'AIR IN' port on the rear panel.
- MIG Flux Cored (FCAW) / Gasless MIG: Connect the ground clamp to the '-' terminal and the MIG torch to the '+' terminal. No gas connection is needed.
- MMA (Stick Welding): Connect the electrode holder to the '+' terminal and the ground clamp to the '-' terminal.
- Lift TIG: Connect the TIG torch to the '-' terminal and the ground clamp to the '+' terminal. (Note: TIG torch is not included and must be purchased separately). Connect the gas hose to the 'AIR IN' port on the rear panel.
- Spot Welding: Refer to the specific connection for MIG Gas or MIG Flux Cored depending on your setup.

4.2 Parameter Adjustment (Synergic MIG Welding)
The synergic mode simplifies operation, allowing beginners to achieve clean welds. Follow these steps:
- Choose Welding Mode: Select the desired MIG mode (e.g., Gas MIG, Gasless MIG, Single Pulse MIG, Double Pulse MIG).
- Choose Wire Diameter: Adjust the wire diameter setting on the screen using the 'Parameter Adjusting knob'.
- Adjust Feeding Speed (Current): Fine-tune the wire feeding speed, which directly correlates to the welding current.
- Additional Adjustments: Depending on the mode, you can adjust parameters like voltage trimming, inductance, spot welding time, and intermittent time. For Double Pulse MIG, you can also adjust peak current, percentage of base current, dual pulse frequency, and dual pulse duty cycle.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your welding machine.
5.1 Daily Maintenance:
- Clean the machine exterior with a dry cloth.
- Check all cables and connections for wear or damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Ensure the cooling fan is free from obstructions.
5.2 Periodic Maintenance:
- Clean the wire feeder mechanism to prevent wire jamming.
- Inspect the MIG torch nozzle and contact tip for wear. Replace as needed.
- Check the gas hose for leaks (if using gas MIG).
- For internal cleaning, consult a qualified technician.
6. Troubleshooting
This section provides solutions to common issues. For problems not listed here, contact customer support.
Common Issues and Solutions:
- No Power: Check the power input cable, the waterproof switch, and the circuit breaker.
- Poor Arc Start/Unstable Arc: Ensure proper grounding, check electrode/wire condition, verify correct parameter settings for the material and process.
- Wire Feeding Issues: Check for tangled wire, correct wire spool installation, proper tension on the wire feeder rollers, and clear liner in the MIG torch.
- Overheat Protection Activated: Allow the machine to cool down. Ensure the fan is operating and not obstructed. Reduce duty cycle or welding current if continuously overheating.
