Note: A power adapter is not included. Please use a 5V charging adapter (not provided) for charging the device.
SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
The SOYES XS18 Pro Max supports dual SIM cards or one SIM card and one memory card (hybrid slot). Use the provided card removal pin to open the SIM tray.
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray ejects.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.
Initial Power On and Charging
- Press and hold the Power button on the side of the phone until the screen lights up.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account login.
- To charge the phone, connect the provided USB-C cable to the phone's Type-C port and the other end to a 5V power adapter (not included).
