2. Safety Information

  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the watch.
  • Keep the watch away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to strong magnetic fields.
  • This device is life waterproof. It is suitable for hand washing and rainy days but not for swimming or bathing. Do not immerse the watch in water.
  • Avoid contact with corrosive liquids such as hand sanitizer or soap, as these can damage internal components.

5. Getting Started

5.1 Charging the Watch

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Use only the original wireless magnetic charging cable provided. Using other cables or power adapters exceeding 5V1A (5W max) may prevent charging or damage the device.

  • Connect the charging cable to a compatible USB power source.
  • Place the back of the watch onto the magnetic charging base. Ensure the watch is properly aligned and the charging icon appears on the screen.
  • A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours. The typical battery life is 7-10 days.

5.2 App Download and Pairing

To unlock the full potential of your HT23 Smart Watch, download and install the 'Qifit Pro' app on your smartphone.

  1. Scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual or search for 'Qifit Pro' in your phone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
  2. Install the app and create an account or log in.
  3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  4. Open the Qifit Pro app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and pair with your HT23 Smart Watch.

5.3 Wearing the Watch

Wear the watch snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width from your wrist bone. Ensure the sensors on the back of the watch are in contact with your skin for accurate health monitoring.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Navigation

The HT23 Smart Watch features a full touch screen and a rotatable crown for navigation:

  • Swipe: Swipe left, right, up, or down to navigate through menus, notifications, and quick settings.
  • Tap: Tap on icons or options to select them.
  • Press and Hold: Press and hold the watch face to change it.
  • Rotatable Crown: Rotate the crown to scroll through lists, zoom in on photos, or adjust settings. Press the crown to return to the home screen or confirm selections.

6.2 Customizing Watch Faces

The HT23 offers over 300 watch faces, including customizable options. You can set your exclusive watch face in digital or pointer dial mode.

  • On Watch: Press and hold the watch face, then swipe left/right to browse and tap to select.
  • Via App: Use the Qifit Pro app to access a wider selection of watch faces and customize them further.

6.3 Health Monitoring

The watch provides 24-hour health monitoring features:

  • Heart Rate Monitoring: Tracks your heart rate continuously.
  • Blood Oxygen Monitoring (SpO2): Measures your blood oxygen levels.
  • Blood Pressure Monitoring: Provides blood pressure readings (for reference only, not a medical device).
  • Sleep Monitoring: Equipped with a deep sleep analysis system, providing real-time monitoring of sleep status, scientific evaluation reports, and guidance for improving sleep.

6.4 Sports Modes

The watch supports over 150 sports modes to track your activities, including walking, running, cycling, dance, rock climbing, golf, table tennis, and various leisure and board sports. It tracks heart rate, calories, and steps to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

6.5 Local Music Playback

With 1GB of ROM, the HT23 Smart Watch allows you to store and play local music directly from the device. You can also connect to TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earphones for a convenient listening experience.

  • Transfer music files to the watch via the Qifit Pro app.
  • Pair your Bluetooth earphones with the watch.
  • Select 'Local music' on the watch to play your stored tracks.

6.6 Photo Album

Download your favorite photos to the watch and view them on the AMOLED display. Turn the crown to zoom in on photos.

6.7 Sound Recording

6.9 NFC Access Control

The watch has a built-in NFC chip for door access. When reaching home, raise your wrist to open the door quickly.

  • Currently, NFC on this watch only supports IC door cards with a frequency of 13.56MHz (applicable to 80% of the market). It does not support other NFC functions like payments.
  • To use, record the NFC ID of the watch through your access control system.
  • For fingerprint locks, enter administrator mode, then add the card and write.
  • For encrypted community access control, the watch's NFC needs to be written in the community property management office.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the watch screen and strap with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Water Exposure: While life waterproof, avoid prolonged exposure to water, hot water, or steam. Do not wear the watch while swimming or bathing.
  • Strap Care: If your strap is silicone, clean it with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before wearing.
  • Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not charging: Ensure you are using the original charging cable and a 5V1A (5W max) power adapter. Check that the watch is correctly aligned on the magnetic charging base.
  • Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, with the sensors in full contact with your skin. Avoid excessive movement during measurements.
  • NFC door access not working: Verify that your door card system operates at 13.56MHz (IC cards). Ensure the watch's NFC ID has been properly recorded by the access control system or property management.
  • Connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range. Restart both the watch and your phone, then try pairing again via the Qifit Pro app.
  • Only 3 sensor lights are on: This is normal for the watch.

9. User Tips

  • Optimize Battery Life: Adjust screen brightness, reduce screen-on time, and disable unnecessary notifications to extend battery life.
  • Regular Firmware Updates: Always keep your watch firmware updated via the Qifit Pro app to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features and bug fixes.
