Troubleshooting
Unit Not Powering On:
- Check all cable connections to ensure they are secure.
- Verify that the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight.
- Ensure the 18650 batteries in the battery box are correctly inserted and charged.
- If using a direct DC source, confirm it is providing power (e.g., car engine is running).
Not Cooling/Heating Effectively:
- Ensure the switch is set to the correct 'COLD' or 'HOT' position.
- Check that the fan vent is not obstructed.
- Make sure the refrigerator door is fully closed and sealed.
- Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach the desired temperature, especially in extreme ambient conditions.
- Ensure the power source (solar panel/battery) is providing consistent power.
Unusual Noise:
- A slight fan noise is normal. If the noise is excessive or unusual, check for obstructions in the fan vent.
- Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface.
