5. Installation Methods
The electric lifting platform can be installed in various configurations. Always ensure the load's center of gravity is positioned at the center of the tabletop to prevent instability.
5.1. Forward Installation (Figure 1)
For standard tabletop installations, ensure the tabletop size is not more than 2 times the lift size (L x W). If the tabletop is larger, it is recommended to use 2-4 lifts for stability. Avoid placing excessive weight on the edge of the tabletop. Suggest ≤ 80% Max Load Capacity.

Figure 1: Forward and Reverse Installation methods. Note: Do not run at full load continuously.
5.2. Reverse Installation (Figure 1)
Similar to forward installation, maintain the load's center of gravity at the center of the tabletop and adhere to the ≤ 80% Max Load Capacity guideline.
5.3. Ceiling Installation (Figure 2)
For ceiling-mounted installations, the load must be less than 60% of the maximum load capacity. Lateral force must not be applied. Use specialized expansion screws for installation. If the lift is suspended from the ceiling, modify the parameters for up and down working current as needed.

Figure 2: Ceiling and Lateral Installation methods.
5.4. Lateral Installation (Figure 2)
For lateral installations, the load cannot exceed 50% of the maximum load capacity.
General Installation Method:
According to the specifications of the physical hole distance of the product, place the installation size, and then directly rotate the rivet or screw to operate until it is locked.
6. Operating Instructions
The electric lifting platform offers three control methods: Handle Controller, Remote Controller, and WiFi Control via a mobile application.
6.1. Basic Operation
Connect the DC power supply to the controller, and then connect the motor to the controller. Use the chosen control method to raise or lower the platform. The platform can be stopped at any desired position due to its self-locking function.

6.2. Control Methods
- Handle Controller: Use the wired handle for direct up/down control.
- Remote Controller: Use the wireless remote control for convenient operation. (Note: Remote requires Battery Model 23A, not included).
- WiFi Control (APP Control):
- Ensure the controller is within 5 meters of your 2.4GHz WiFi router for initial connection. After connection, the controller can be kept within 20 meters of the router. (5G WiFi is not supported).
- Download the "Ewelink" APP, which supports Android and iOS systems.
- Press the WiFi Learning Button on the DC Motor Controller for more than 5 seconds. The red indicator light will flash quickly, then enter pairing mode.
- Follow the APP instructions to complete the pairing process.

7. Maintenance
- Store the product in a dry place; avoid stacking in wet environments to prevent rust and oxidation.
- Do not wash the surface with water, sulfuric acid, or other acidic substances.
- Do not use polishing machines, polishing, or grinding tools on this product.
- Regularly inspect all connections and fasteners to ensure they are secure.
- Keep the moving parts clean and free of debris to ensure smooth operation.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Platform does not move | No power, loose connections, remote battery dead, motor overload. | Check power supply and connections. Replace remote battery. Reduce load to below maximum capacity. |
| Platform moves unevenly or with difficulty | Obstruction, uneven load distribution, damaged components. | Clear any obstructions. Redistribute load evenly. Inspect for damage. |
| WiFi control not connecting | Incorrect WiFi band (5G), too far from router, incorrect pairing procedure. | Ensure 2.4GHz WiFi. Move closer to router. Re-attempt pairing by pressing WiFi Learning Button for 5+ seconds. |
| Excessive noise during operation | Obstruction, worn parts, motor issue. | Check for obstructions. If noise persists, contact support. |
9. User Tips
- Always adhere to the maximum load capacity for your specific model (150KG for DHLCT-150A, 200KG for DHLCT-200A).
- When installing, especially for tabletops, ensure the load is centered to maintain stability and prevent tipping.
- For ceiling or lateral installations, strictly follow the reduced load capacity guidelines (less than 60% for ceiling, less than 50% for lateral).
- Avoid continuous operation at full load to prolong the product's lifespan.
- Do not modify the product's hole spacing or components, as this can cause damage and void any potential warranty.
- If performing electric welding near the product, protect the paint layer from high temperatures.
