Operating Instructions
The LISM pressure cooker features a smart digital control panel for easy operation. It offers multiple cooking functions, including new Cake, Pizza, and Fried options, alongside traditional pressure cooking, rice cooking, slow cooking, steaming, sautéing, and yogurt making.

- Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients and liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Secure Lid: Close and lock the lid as described in the Setup section, ensuring the pressure release valve is in the 'Sealing' position.
- Select Function: Use the touch control panel to select your desired cooking function (e.g., Soup, Rice, Cake, Pizza, Fried, Meat/Stew, Slow Cook/Bean, Sauté, Steam, Yogurt). The digital LED display will show the default cooking time and pressure level.
- Adjust Settings (Optional): Use the 'Adjust' button to modify pressure levels (Less, Normal, More) and the '+' / '-' buttons to customize cooking time. The 'Timer' button can be used to set a delayed start.
- Start Cooking: The cooker will automatically begin the preheating process, then start cooking. The display will show the remaining cooking time.
- Pressure Release: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep. You can choose between:
- Natural Release: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foamy foods or large cuts of meat.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the pressure release valve to the 'Venting' position to quickly release steam. Use caution as hot steam will escape.
- Open Lid: Once the float valve drops, indicating all pressure has been released, twist the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and open.
- Keep Warm: The 'Keep Warm/Cancel' button can be used to maintain food temperature after cooking or to cancel a program.
