4. Setup Guide

4.1 Initial Charging

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Navigation

The DS300 features a 7-inch touchscreen for intuitive operation. You can also use the physical navigation buttons (up, down, left, right, enter) and dedicated buttons for VIN, Settings, Home, and Back for quick access to functions.

5.2 Auto VIN Scan

The Auto VIN Scan technology allows for quick identification of vehicle information such as brand, year, make, and model. This feature streamlines the diagnostic process by automatically detecting the vehicle's details. For older vehicles where Auto VIN may not be supported, manual VIN entry is available.

The ANCEL DS300 supports over 100 car brands and 10,000+ car models manufactured after 1996. It also includes FCA AutoAuth access for SGW modules in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat vehicles (requires separate registration on the AutoAuth website).
