Viewing Samples
The P10 microscope has a fixed focus magnification of 100X. The optimal working distance between the lens and the sample is approximately 0.3 inches (6mm), which corresponds to the height of the transparent lens cover.

Viewing Flat Samples
For flat samples without height variations (e.g., currency, stamps), simply place the microscope directly on the sample to obtain clear images.
Viewing Samples with Height Differences
For samples with height differences (e.g., coins, circuit boards), keep the microscope lens approximately 0.3 inches (6mm) away from the observation area to capture clear images.
Unsupported Uses
Due to its fixed focus magnification and small observation area, this microscope is not recommended for:
- Reading books or newspapers.
- Observing fast-moving samples.
It works best for stationary objects and samples without significant height differences, such as stamps, coins, jewelry, plants, and prepared slides.
How to View Slides
Place the prepared slide on a white paper, then place the microscope directly on the slide to view the specimen.
LED Illumination
The microscope features 8 LED lights (4 white, 4 purple) for illumination.

- Switching Light Color: Long press the Menu button to toggle between white and purple (UV) light.
- Adjusting White Light Brightness: Short press the Down button to adjust the brightness of the white LED lights. This adjustment is not available for purple lights.

- Select "PC Camera" on the microscope and confirm.
- Run the "Windows Camera" application on your PC. The microscope's live feed will appear.
Note: When connected to a computer, the Down button on the microscope only works for adjusting brightness. Photos captured in PC Camera mode are saved directly to the computer, not to the microscope's Micro SD card.

Note: Photo Booth may display a mirror image when connected. However, recorded images will be normal. View recorded files directly in Mac/iMac. For a normal, non-mirrored live view, consider connecting to a Windows PC.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the monitor and lens with a dry and soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the microscope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Ensure it is stored securely to prevent accidental drops or impacts.
- Battery Care: Do not attempt to modify the internal rechargeable battery. Avoid immersing the device in water or exposing it to extreme temperatures.
- General Handling: Handle the microscope gently. Avoid dropping it, applying excessive pressure, or touching the lens/screen with sharp objects.
