Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator is low. If storing for an extended period, charge the mouse to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
- Receiver Storage: When not in use, store the USB receiver in its dedicated compartment on the underside of the mouse to prevent loss.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is charged.
- Check the mode switch on the underside of the mouse is set correctly (2.4G or BT).
- For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing.
- Restart your computer.
- Lag or intermittent connection:
- Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device to reduce interference.
- Avoid using the mouse on metallic surfaces, which can interfere with wireless signals.
- Ensure other wireless devices are not causing interference.
- DPI adjustment not working:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on and connected.
- Press the DPI button firmly.
- Backlight not working:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on.
- The backlight is an automatic seven-color cycle and cannot be manually controlled or turned off.
User Tips
- Wired Use While Charging: The mouse can typically be used as a wired mouse while it is connected via the USB Type-C cable for charging. This provides continuous operation even when the battery is low.
- Optimizing Battery Life: If you don't need the backlight, some users find that turning off the mouse when not in use can help conserve battery.
