2.2 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the boat's battery and the remote control battery. The boat uses a 7.4V Lithium Battery. Charging time for the boat battery is approximately 8-15 hours, and for the remote control, it's typically 2-3 hours.

2.3 Battery Installation
Locate the battery compartment on the boat. Connect the fully charged battery to the boat's power connector. Ensure a secure connection before closing the compartment.

2.4 Remote Control Pairing
- Turn on the power of the remote control.
- Long press the 'learn' button on the remote control. You will hear a 'BE' sound, indicating it is transmitting pairing signals.
- Turn on the receiver power on the boat. The receiver LED indicator light will flash, indicating successful pairing.

2.5 Geomagnetic Calibration (for GPS models)
Before using GPS functions, perform geomagnetic calibration. Hold down the 'OK' button and simultaneously press the 'C' key on the remote control to set the current position as the origin. After successful setting, the origin display mark will appear, and the boat will turn left, then stop.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Controls (Normal Remote Control Mode)
Use the remote control levers to maneuver the boat:
- Forward: Push both the left and right joysticks forward.
- Backward: Push both the left and right joysticks backward.
- Turn Left: Push the left joystick backward and the right joystick forward.
- Turn Right: The opposite of turning left (push right joystick backward and left joystick forward).

3.2 GPS Positioning (Anchor Point Setting)
The ZV1 boat can store up to 100 positioning points. After geomagnetic calibration:
- To set a GPS positioning point, first press the 'OK' button and hold it down.
- Then, press one of the number buttons (1-9) to set the GPS positioning point.
- To cancel all GPS positioning points, long press the 'OK' key to clear them.

3.3 Cruise Control
To activate cruise control:
- Push both joysticks upwards at the same time and hold for 5 seconds.
- The remote control will sound, indicating cruise control is active.
- To cancel, pull the joystick back.

3.4 Return to Anchor Point
To return the boat to a previously set positioning point, press the corresponding number button (1-9) on the remote control.
3.5 Bait Tank Operation
The boat features a deepened and widened bait tank with a 2kg (4 pounds) load capacity. Fill the tank with your desired bait. Use the remote control to release the bait at your chosen location.

3.6 Night Navigation Lights
The boat is equipped with high-brightness night navigation lights for visibility during night fishing. Use the remote control to activate these lights.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Boat
After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the boat with fresh water to remove any salt, dirt, or debris. Ensure all compartments are dry before storage.
4.2 Propeller Inspection
Regularly check the propellers for any entanglement from weeds or fishing lines. The boat features an anti-entanglement baffle to reduce this, but periodic inspection is recommended. Clean any debris to ensure optimal performance.
4.3 Battery Care
- Always use the provided charger.
- Do not overcharge or completely discharge the battery.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50-60% capacity.
4.4 Remote Control Care
The remote control buttons are designed to be waterproof. However, avoid submerging the remote control. Clean with a damp cloth if necessary.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Boat Not Responding to Remote Control
- Ensure both the boat and remote control are powered on.
- Re-attempt the pairing process (Section 2.4).
- Check battery levels for both devices.
- Ensure you are within the 500m control distance.
5.2 Low Battery Alarm
- Remote Control: When the voltage is below 2.3V, the LED on the right side flashes slowly, and a 'B-B' buzzer alarm sounds twice for about 15 seconds. Recharge the remote control.
- Boat: If the ship's electrical capacity is less than 16%, the remote control will display a 'BIBI' alarm prompt. The boat will automatically return to the starting point. Recharge the boat battery immediately.

5.3 Signal Loss / Over Distance Return
If the remote controller loses power, the boat's power is insufficient, or the signal is lost (e.g., exceeding 500m control distance), the boat will automatically return to its starting point.
5.4 GPS Positioning Inaccuracy
- Ensure geomagnetic calibration was performed correctly (Section 2.5).
- Operate in an open area with clear sky for optimal BDS+GPS dual satellite module performance.
- Avoid areas with strong magnetic interference.
