1. Introduction

The Auto-Partner XSY-320 is a versatile multifunction emergency radio designed for reliability in various situations. It integrates an AM/FM/WB radio, a powerful 5000mAh power bank, a super bright flashlight, a reading lamp, and an SOS alarm. With multiple charging options including solar, hand crank, USB, and AAA batteries, it ensures you stay connected and powered up during emergencies, outdoor activities, or daily use.

2. Safety Information

Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 60°C) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Keep the device away from water and moisture. While it has an IPX3 waterproof rating, it is not designed for submersion.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device. This may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
Use only recommended charging methods and accessories.
When using AAA batteries, ensure correct polarity and do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
The SOS alarm produces a loud sound. Avoid prolonged exposure to prevent hearing damage.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the various parts and controls of your XSY-320 radio.

Solar Panel: For solar charging.
Radio Antenna: Extend for better radio reception.
Radio Band Selector: Switch between FM, AM, and WB bands.
Tune Display: Shows the selected frequency.

5. Setup

5.1. Battery Installation (Optional AAA Batteries)

The XSY-320 has a built-in 5000mAh rechargeable battery. However, you can also use 3x AAA batteries (not included) as an alternative power source.

Locate the AAA battery compartment, typically on the side or back of the unit.
Open the battery compartment cover.
Insert 3 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the internal 5000mAh battery using the USB cable.

Connect the provided USB cable to the Type-C Power In Jack on the radio.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port).
The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Radio Operation

Extend the radio antenna for optimal reception.
Turn the Radio ON/OFF & Volume dial clockwise to power on the radio and adjust the volume.
Use the Radio Band Selector switch to choose between FM (87-108MHz), AM (522-1710kHz), or WB (Weather Band: 162.400-162.550MHz).
Rotate the Tuner Dial to scan for stations. The Tune Display will show the frequency.

6.2. Flashlight Operation

The XSY-320 features a super bright flashlight with three modes.

Locate the flashlight button (often labeled 'LAMP' or 'LIGHT').
Press the button once for the first mode (e.g., Low Beam or Far Beam).
Press again to cycle through the other modes (e.g., High Beam, Mixed Beam).
Press a final time to turn off the flashlight.

6.3. Reading Lamp Operation

The reading lamp provides diffused light for close-up tasks.

Open the solar panel to reveal the reading lamp.
Press the dedicated reading light switch to turn it on/off.

6.4. SOS Alarm Function

In an emergency, the SOS alarm emits a loud siren and flashes the light.

Press and hold the SOS Alarm Button for 2 seconds to activate the alarm.
The siren will sound (volume > 120 dB) and the SOS light will flash simultaneously.
Short press the SOS Alarm Button to turn off the alarm.

6.5. Power Bank Function

Use the built-in 5000mAh battery to charge your external devices.

Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A Power Out Jack on the radio.
The radio's internal battery will begin charging your device.
Monitor your device's charging status. Disconnect when charging is complete.

7. Charging Methods

The XSY-320 offers five flexible ways to ensure it's always powered.

7.1. USB Cable Charging

Connect the provided USB cable to the Type-C Power In Jack and a USB power source. This is the fastest and most efficient charging method.

7.2. Hand Crank Charging

Extend the crank handle and rotate it clockwise or counter-clockwise. Cranking for a few minutes can provide enough power for a short period of radio use or a quick flashlight burst. Ensure the radio is turned off for more efficient charging.

7.3. Solar Charging

Place the radio with the solar panel facing direct sunlight. The solar panel charges the internal battery. This method is slower and best for maintaining charge or trickle charging over long periods. Full charge in full sunshine takes approximately 20 hours.

7.4. AAA Battery Power

If the internal battery is depleted, the radio can be powered by 3x AAA batteries (not included). Ensure these are installed correctly in the battery compartment.

7.5. Internal 5000mAh Battery

The built-in high-capacity battery provides extended operation time for all functions.

9. Maintenance

Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Keep the solar panel clean and free of debris for efficient charging.
Store the radio in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
If using AAA batteries, remove them if the device will not be used for a long time to prevent leakage.
Periodically charge the internal battery, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.

10. Troubleshooting

Radio not receiving stations: Extend the antenna fully. Try adjusting the Tuner Dial slowly. Ensure you are in an area with good signal reception.
Device not charging: Check USB cable connection. Ensure the power source is active. For solar charging, ensure direct sunlight. For hand crank, ensure consistent cranking. Check battery indicator.
Flashlight/Reading Lamp not working: Check battery level. Ensure the correct button is pressed.
External device not charging from power bank: Ensure the radio's internal battery has sufficient charge. Check the connection cable to your external device.
SOS alarm not activating: Ensure the SOS button is pressed and held for at least 2 seconds.

11. User Tips

For best radio reception, try to use the device outdoors or near a window.
Keep the internal 5000mAh battery charged as much as possible, as it provides the most reliable power for all functions, especially the power bank feature.
Consider keeping a set of fresh AAA batteries on hand for backup power, especially during extended power outages.
