Care and Maintenance
- Keep the device dry. Moisture can damage the internal circuits.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- The base of the adapter is equipped with a soft silicone pad for anti-slip and scratch resistance. Do not place on high temperature or oily equipment.

Troubleshooting
- If pairing fails: Turn off the adapter and the Bluetooth device (headphones/speakers/phone). Restart both devices and repeat the pairing steps. If using a phone, try turning off and on the phone's Bluetooth.
- No audio when connected to TV: Ensure the adapter is connected to the TV's audio output port, not an audio input port. Verify the correct input mode (Optical, Coaxial, or AUX) is selected on the adapter.
- Device does not automatically reconnect: While the device is designed to auto-reconnect to the last paired device, sometimes interference or device settings can prevent this. Try manually connecting from your phone's Bluetooth settings or re-initiating pairing on the adapter.
- Audio latency issues: While the device uses Bluetooth V5.3 for stable transmission, some latency can occur depending on the connected devices and environment. Ensure both the adapter and the connected Bluetooth device support low-latency codecs if available.
User Tips
- For optimal performance, ensure the adapter and connected Bluetooth devices are within the 10-meter working range without significant obstacles.
- When connecting to a TV, double-check that you are using an audio output port (e.g., 'Audio Out', 'Optical Out', 'Coaxial Out') and not an input port.
- If experiencing connection issues, try restarting both the adapter and the paired device.
- The rotary knob (OK key) is multi-functional: short press for play/pause/confirm, rotate for volume control.
