8. Troubleshooting
8.1 No Sound from the Device
- Ensure the AUX cable is properly plugged in if you are using it for audio output.
- If the FM transmitter is turned ON, the device's built-in speaker will not produce sound. Audio will be routed to your motorcycle's speakers via FM.
8.2 Screen Does Not Light Up
- Check Power Connection: Verify that the power supply is correctly connected. The light on the USB cable should illuminate if the cigarette lighter end is properly inserted, and the other end is connected to the DC 12V power port on the lower left side of the unit.
- Reset Device: If the screen still does not light up after confirming power, locate the reset button on the back of the device and press and hold it for 3 seconds.
- Software Issue: If the problem persists, it might be a software issue. Contact customer service for potential software upgrades.
8.3 Rear View Camera Compatibility
- The B5350 is designed to work with specific compatible cameras. Rear view cameras from original car systems or other brands are generally not suitable for this device.
9. User Tips
- Factory Password: The factory password for advanced settings is 113266. Use with caution.
- Optimal Audio: For the best audio experience, connect the device to your motorcycle's speakers using either the AUX cable or the FM transmitter function.
- Secure Mounting: Always ensure the device is securely mounted to prevent dislodgement during rides, especially on uneven terrain.
