1. Introduction
The NEEWER HS60B Mini Video Light is a compact and portable bi-color COB LED light designed for photography and videography. It offers a high 60W output, adjustable color temperature from 2700K to 6500K, and 12 special scene effects. The light can be controlled physically via its dials and LCD screen, or wirelessly through the NEEWER APP via Bluetooth. 3. Setup
3.1 Attaching Light Modifiers
- Align the mini reflector or silicone diffuser with the NEEWER mount on the front of the HS60B light.
- Gently push and twist clockwise until it locks into place.

3.2 Mounting the Light
The HS60B features an L-shaped bracket suitable for mounting on a 1/4" screw thread, commonly found on tripods or light stands.
- Locate the 1/4" screw hole on the L-shaped bracket.
- Attach the bracket to a compatible tripod or handle by screwing it clockwise until secure.
3.3 Power Connection
The HS60B offers multiple power solutions:
- DC Adapter: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 20V/3.6A input port on the light for continuous indoor use.
- Portable Charger (USB Type-C): For outdoor shooting, connect a 65W PD portable charger (not included) to the USB Type-C port.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Manual Controls
- Power On/Off: Long press the power button (labeled 'MODE') to turn the light on or off.
- Brightness Adjustment: Rotate the left knob to adjust the brightness from 0% to 100%.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Rotate the right knob to adjust the color temperature from 2700K to 6500K.
- FX Mode Selection: Short press the 'MODE' button to switch to FX mode. Then, rotate the right knob to select from 12 different scene effects.

4.2 App Control (NEEWER APP)
The NEEWER APP allows for wireless control and advanced features:
- Bluetooth Pairing: For the first connection, long press both the left and right knobs simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth icon on the display will flash.
- Open the NEEWER APP on your smartphone and search for devices.
- Select the HS60B from the list to connect. The Bluetooth icon will stop flashing upon successful connection.
- Adjustments: Use the app to control brightness, color temperature, and select from various FX modes, including 'Source Match' and 'FX Music'.
- Group Control: The app supports controlling multiple NEEWER lights individually or in groups.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the light body. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
- Cooling System: The HS60B features a silent fan and quality heatsinks for efficient heat dissipation. Ensure the fan vents are not obstructed during operation to maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating.
6. Troubleshooting
- Light not powering on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the light and a working power outlet, or that the portable charger has sufficient power and is correctly connected via USB-C.
- App connection issues: Try resetting the Bluetooth connection on the light by long-pressing both knobs for 5 seconds. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the NEEWER APP is up to date.
- Flickering or inconsistent light output: Check power connections. If using a portable charger, ensure it meets the 65W PD requirement.
- Overheating: Ensure the fan vents are clear of obstructions. The light is designed with an efficient cooling system to prevent overheating during normal operation.

8. User Tips

- When using the light for extended periods, especially at high brightness, ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to support the efficient cooling system.
- Experiment with both the mini reflector and silicone diffuser to achieve different lighting effects. The reflector provides concentrated light, while the diffuser softens it.
