1. Power On: Flip the 'Spot Welding Power Switch' to the ON position. The digital display will light up.
2. Parameter Setting: Use the 'Parameter Setting Button' and 'Pulse Current Adjusting Knob' to set the desired welding pulse power and current level. The machine offers up to 199 levels of precision welding parameter settings.
3. Adjust Needle Pressure: Rotate the 'Needle Pressure Adjusting Knob' to set the appropriate pressure for your workpiece. A continuous adjustable pressure from 300g to 750g is available to ensure firm and beautiful solder joints.
4. Position Workpiece: Place the nickel sheet and battery in the desired welding position. The integrated LED lighting function will illuminate the work area for better visibility.

5.2 Lithium Battery Charging Function

1. Power On: Flip the 'Charging Power Switch' to the ON position.
2. Connect Battery: Connect the battery pack to the 'Battery Charge Output Negative/Positive' terminals using the provided red and black wires.
3. Set Charging Parameters: Use the 'Battery Charging Voltage Adjusting Knob' to set the output voltage between 4.2V and 36V. Use the 'Battery Charging Constant Current Adjusting Knob' to set the output current between 0A and 3A.
4. Monitor Charging: The 'Battery Current Display' and 'Battery Charging Current Display' will show the real-time charging status.
