5.3 Storage
- Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% to prolong its lifespan.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device won't power on: The battery might be depleted. Connect the device to a charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
- No sound from speakers: Check the volume level on both the T5Plus and your connected phone. Ensure the speaker wires are securely connected to the unit.
- Cannot pair with phone/another intercom: Ensure the device is in pairing mode (alternating red and blue light). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your phone. For intercom pairing, ensure both units are in pairing mode simultaneously. Try resetting the device to factory settings if issues persist (refer to Quick Operation Guide for reset procedure).
- Intercom range is shorter than expected: Ensure there are no major obstructions between the two intercom units. The 500m range is optimal under clear line-of-sight conditions.
- Excessive background noise during calls/intercom: Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly and the foam cover is installed. The CVC noise reduction technology should minimize environmental noise.

- Micro USB Charging: The device uses a Micro USB cable for charging, which is a common and convenient standard.
- Optimal Microphone Placement: For the best noise reduction and clearest voice transmission, ensure the microphone is positioned as close to your mouth as possible, ideally within 1-2 cm, and protected by the foam cover.
- Regular Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website periodically for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
